What do you like best about the product?
the interface is very well structured and is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
if there was an option to see why data wasn't populated for a funnell or event we can use it to rectify the problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop tool for all day-to-day data requirements and business performance. The ease of use adds to the utility of the software. Clevertap makes data visualization and taking informed decisions very easy.

- Integrates with our app & other communications channels to provide insights from end to end
- Great service from a team of account managers who genuinely care about their work

- Not smart enough for formatting rich media
- Limited options for email server integration

What do you like best about the product?
-This tool is very much easy to use
-Dashboard has all the options available on the home screen itself,
-No issues found in the data got from the dashboard
-it is very userfriendly, easy to fetch details
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike, so far the experience has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the real-time source for fetching the details related to our company's mobile application and I am getting the data accurately, for ex- Daily active users, and Monthly active users, which helps in compiling the MIS.

Stable and Reliable tool for User Engagement, Analytic and Campaign Management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's stability is the best compared to the same platform, yet they also provide detailed features which help marketers simplify the campaign.
1. Analytics
I love how Clevertap helps users organize the campaign analytics with the pivot feature, which clearly shows the user how to navigate the improvement of the previous campaign.
2. Campaign variations
The campaign variations also help marketers to build the campaign more specific to specific segments. I also admire how the platform runs smoothly with segment estimation, which can help the marketer navigate the expectation from the campaign result.
3.RenderMax and Campaign optimization
The best feature of Clevertap, which can't be found in other marketing tools, is the RenderMax which can help the marketer to boost the impression of Chinese-manufactured phones.
4. Automated Journey Campaign
to run a campaign with smooth automation, Clevertap does its best with simple UI UX to create the user marketing journey along with sophisticated personalization features.

Overall, I would argue that Clevertap is the best marketing campaign platform with the best stability and data analysis; those two are the most important to any marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Clevertap are :
1. the delay in exporting the report from the campaign, and it takes more time if you are exporting multiple campaign reports at the same time
2. custom segmentation sometimes failed to crawl the data that had been uploaded
3. the bugs delay being informed to users; sometimes, the updated bugs on the features are delayed in being reported to users, and it affects the marketers to run campaigns that currently use the feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying all marketing processes from manual push notifications, automated marketing journey, user segmentation and analytics. Those features help the business do a minimum job of completing multiple marketing efforts with a single platform and minimum manpower to handle the overall process.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides in depth insight on usage and customer behaviour, the Clevertap University also provides material for getting more value from the tool. Support has also been great from Rakesh.

As a first time user, there can be more enablement to getting a hang of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is one of the most competitive automation tools for marketers. Its user-friendly interface, automation capabilities (intelli node), advanced analytics (trends, pivots, user flow etc), and omnichannel integration make it a game-changer. With Clevertap, we can create personalized campaigns, gain valuable insights, and deliver consistent messaging across multiple channels. It's a must-have tool to elevate your marketing strategies and achieve exceptional results. Varsha and Aayush helped onboard CT at Bukuwarung and are always there to resolve issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for CT is higher than the competition in the market. Other tools have started to catch up with comprehensive analytics and engagement features which can lead to the shift to other tools. AI is one way you can keep the edge over others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With CT we can reach out to our customers basis the channel they are reachable on. We can optimize our drop funnels and cross-adoption campaigns. IAB has helped us increase our engagement, and it also helped in sending personalized information based on the categories we aim to cater.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap tool has been very user friendly and easy to understand tool in terms of segmentation user analysis the tool is very effective in terms of campaign creation and achieving the results out of it
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap tool is very dynamic and understands the business very well nothing to dislike about the tool tech related relase could be Faster.

In terms of retention and interaction with user clevertap tool has been very efficient way of tool were it understands our base very well and recomends various use cases to interact with the users.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is a platform that facilitates extensive communication and engagement flexibility alongside cognitive user behavioral insights. It allows us to micro-segment users using incredible features that encompass Intent-Based Segmentation, RFM, Funnel & Trend analysis that makes personalized engagement quite a few notches up. While the existing features only make it a great platform in itself, the new additions will allow us to engage users in fast-growing channels like Whatsapp, the introduction of intellinode makes A/B testing quite useful. One thing that sets Clevertap apart is their customer support team, especially Ajinkya. They are not only highly informed but are ever active in supporting and guiding us through not only new features but existing queries as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are no significant concerns, there is always room for improvement in product development, dashboard stats or bugs, but I'm very sure they are way ahead and have it in their roadmap already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. User Onboarding and Engagement - Clevertap allows us to identify and engage new customer based not only on their needs but identifies intricacies around their behavior which makes our life much simpler.
2. Omni-Channel Communication - We have majorly relied on CleverTap to communicate with the users and has been an excellent one stop solution for multiple media channels.
3. Personalization - The one thing that has benefitted no matter the intent, is the presence of powerful personalization (Dynamic variables, Linked Content, Conditional Clauses & Liquid Tags) that helps us get a step closed and connect personally with our users.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of CleverTap that I genuinely appreciate is its exceptional support team. Their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've encountered an issue or had a question. They consistently go above and beyond to address our concerns promptly and effectively.

Another aspect that I find impressive about CleverTap is its extensive range of integrations. As a user, it's crucial for me to seamlessly connect different tools and platforms to enhance my marketing and customer engagement efforts. What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is very intuitive and easy to navigate, learn, practice, and use for 1st time user and those who have not used this type of tool before
In-depth and sophisticated segmentation, as long as you can pass the necessary event and properties, you can segment it
Have a diverse format of in-app communication: noti, emails, in-app banners, pop up
Account Support is very active and willing to work with you to come up with a solution
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have CSV or Excel campaign report export (fewer report types)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap can push notifications to remind users to continue their journey when they drop off. This has helped us improve the conversion rate in our funnels
Besides that, Clevertap can help us engage more users on multi-channels, making sure we don't miss any users.
