What do you like best about the product?
Most intuitive and the greatest analytical platform for increasing marketing. There is an feature in this software which helps you to analyse your customers journey and feedback and helps you to create an analytical reports for more clear understanding. this software provides you an ability or rights for managing and collecting data fr other websites and platforms and creating unique advertising content for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform does not support the excel format documents or files. An third party application is required to upload or export the Excel data, which sometimes makes the software slower and lags the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The push notification feature is really helping me and my colleague in our office to get notified everytime about any official payment, campaign, advertisement and event or if there is meeting with our clients. Clever tap has improved our company's UX and increased our business online.

Compare to other tools in the market, Clevertap is one of the most sorted and very obvious with its layout. Their customer support is one of the USPs for solving use cases.

The platform has many unique features, like a tracking tool for customers' data and a scheduling feature for automatically sending data or emails.

Sometimes, due to heavy data and documents imported into this platform, the software crashes or stocks in the middle of the operation, and the tools in this software stop responding. The refreshing rate also decreases, and the performance of the software is also affected.

With the help of this software in our organization, we can now integrate it with other data-tracking software to retain more customers' attention. The software notifies of every update in the campaign or the email received for the organization's benefit.

Most amazing feature of clever tap software is that there is an information sending scheduling feature which helps you to automatically send and share data to your clients and customers daily on time. You can analyse your customers journey over your websites. It is one of the dexterous tool for targeting gaining more interesting clients towards your company.

This software does not offer you with an inbuilt emailing option, that is you need to do mails with third party application and intergrate it with the clevertap. Sometimes the integration process also slower down the processing speed of the platform. It is quite annoying.

This platform has really helped us in creating and designing most unique campaigns and advertisements templates for targeting geniune users through social media platforms. And has increased our company's service in leser time.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap's analytics are superior and more comprehensive than its competitors, albeit at a higher cost. Clevertap makes it easy to identify inactive user groups, design tailored user journeys, and give them personalized, automated notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to update a user's profile promptly. It is always urging that we upgrade, and their methods for detecting uninstallers do not appear dependable.

- At first you have to learn about the interface, wheres what and everything of the app. Though they have a university, but still with little to no practice at the platform, it becomes hard to find what you had to.
