Best tool for building user engagement and amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Quick customer support and continuous follow-up from Clevertap team to sort any queries. Best tool to build journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UX optimisation is required as few functionalities require more clicks and pages take sometime to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building user journeys as we are a consumer app which requires lot of nudging to make users follow certain path to drive ideal experience. We also use clevertap for marketing analytics as we have integrated few attribution tools to our clevertap dashboard.
Easy to use platform for most of our growth marketing needs.
What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap especially shines when it comes to engaging users at the right time. This is extremely valuable to us at Tenpo (Neobank in Chile, South America) because it lets us experiment with different channels, messages and user journeys and campaigns, knowing we will have the data to have solid insights into our experimentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love even more experimentation options and features. While CleverTap offers many, some specific cases are cumbersome because it involves manual data segmentation and uploading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap allows for immediate messaging to users at the right time across all our products. It makes creating complex user journeys with multiple contact points and channels (like Push, Email, Whatsapp and In-App messages) a simple task you can perform in a few minutes.

Clevertap is the go to platform for easy campaign and data management. Easy to use and understand. Campaigns can be easily set and tracked and the data can also be collected easily.

Sometimes the data is a little incorrect.

The analysis feature and personalized dashboard aspect of CleverTap are what I find most useful for navigating user behavior in our app. These advantages allow me to increase business revenue.
Moreover, customer service is very supportive and clearly instructed us to use CleverTap effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
The lease helpful thing about CleverTap is that it hasn't supported real-time yet. To acquire real-time data, we occasionally need to reload the page.
Also, the two-factor authentication is rather bothersome.

The analytical feature of Clevertap has helped me gain a better understanding of user behavior when using our application. Based on that information, in 2022, we devised a revenue growth strategy, and in 2023, we introduced a feature that provides even more value to our users.

CleverTap comes in handy with its advanced segmentation and personalization capabilities, comprehensive analytics and reporting, easy-to-use interface.

At times a little buggy portal. The major drawback is that there is no Mobile App for improving users' life.

It is helping me understand my user journey on my app and giving detailed analysis with easy profile download options thus helping to improve my journey and increase my cross and upsell touch points

Everything you will need to engage and retain your customers, from data management, analytics, user segmentation, recommendations, personalization, marketing automation channels, and journey builder, is available in one place. No other company has this kind of product breadth. It offers fast onboarding, a fantastic support team, and fast time to value, which is so essential for anyone who is growth-focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes per se. I think they could make some improvements to their UI/UX; the admin panel for most enterprise software can feel overwhelming, but the learning curve is not steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap to run advanced analytics on our user base, create personalized recommendations and journeys, and run automated campaigns to engage and improve customer retention rates.

What do you like best about the product?
With the growth of client base in our organisation we sought to find means to connect with them, CT has been very instrumental to us since it helps us to retain our customers.it creates a platform where you can connect with clients and with other companies and allows one to run campaigns and advertise products. It's great features are ideal for analysing of one's consumers based on events, products and services. It's easily customised to fit user needs. I Find the CT teams super responsive when we have quiries regarding this tool.

It has a steep learning curve for New users.it consumes alot of time to upload new data and does not support large data files.

This marketing automation tool has been very beneficial to me since it creates a platform to connect with clients through emails and SMS and also ideal for running marketing campaigns.it also helps us in studying and analysis of consumer behaviour and reach every bit of our target consumers.

Clevertap analytics with the same data pointers can analyze different aspects from users' pov or even the product standpoint. And the level of customization this tool provides, so that product's interaction with the user is as relevant as possible is amazing

The new UI, it's difficult to get use to it, but as a user i feel there should have ben some user based demo / journey to ease in the flow..

The most notable and helpful feature of the clever tap is that it helps you retain all your customers and keeps you connected with all your clients and other organizations and companies. There are several features available with which you can do marketing and campaign of your company's services and products.

When there is poor internet connectivity, and the system server drops down, the system loses some confidential and essential data, and the system hangs and stops responding correctly.
Everyone has complained while using this platform that only limited storage is available to store data. If you need more space and storage to keep and save the data in the venue itself, then you will need to buy the premium of this platform which is not affordable for everyone.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team members use this in our office to track and analyze all our clients personally and monitor their behavior. With this platform now, we have managed to do campaigning and marketing online to engage more and more clients and be able to track all our advertisements.
