A great platform for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to use platform and user engagement platform.
I also like it's ability to customize solutions for their client's needs.
Also with it you can easily schedule and run campaigns.
It's pricing is very reasonable.
It's customer support is fantastic.
Also it's very easy to integrate SDK with mobile application.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap offers an extensive range of marketing tools in one place from product experiences, segmentation, individualization to messaging channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
This ain't vendor flaw, but CleverTap has a wide range of tools to an extent that I have never finished to customize all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap gives me the ability to retain cuatomers by engaging with them via messaging channels such as SMS and emails.
Best engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use software which helps to schedule and run campaigns.
With it you can easily tell which ads are bringing conversions with the attribution dashboard.
It's customer support is fantastic.
Also I like how it allows one to engage in cohort analysis and segment user's by their activities in the most seamless way possible.

It's has too many reports inbuilt which sometimes create confusion to what report to use.

With it we are able to send trends amongst our user's and make informed decisions based on them.

Great tool to optimize customer engagement journey.
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is the most convenient and insight-led user engagement platform. Creating custom segments and managing huge volumes is super quick and efficient as the system is robust enough to handle multiple queries and huge datasets at once. Using smart trigger campaigns, we were able to nudge users at various steps in their user journey and retain them while also inculcating them in a habit-forming journey. Their email suite helped us to consolidate all user attributes in one place and target them with effective email newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from being expensive, there were no major issues with Clevertap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Clevertap, we had better visibility of conversion events and other in-app events which garnered better results, therefore we were able to redirect all our efforts towards this. It also aids in analysing multi-channel campaign performance and not only engagement campaigns. Creating user segments and doing in-depth cohort analysis helps us to decide the most favourable factors while setting notification campaigns. It let us AB test between various coupons and incentives and helped us identify a balance between coupon and brand sustainability.

Clevertap is a great product which offers best-in-class features and services that help in retaining/engaging our userbase most sensibly.
A real time user engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is such a real time insights tool which provide real time data tracking and is helping in retaining and engaging our customers at the same time by helping them achieving their path. It comes with ready to use by default helping us to deploy it immediately after purchasing the tool. The dashboard showing different analytics like RFM analysis, hourly data tracking and more, which make the tool even more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike about the product. This tool comes with lot of advanced features and more analytics options but charging much more than other competitors. It could be reduced, might help in achieving more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Clevertap, we are able to work on automated personalized notifications depending on the user behavior. We have been able to attract many inactive users with the help of push notifications to attract and engage even inactive users helping us to achieve our targets to reach a milestone of reaching a certain userbase.
Great experience with detailed customer journey analytics and multiple reengagement channels
What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap offers detailed analytics about our user's journey on the app, its AI helps us boost our recommendation engine by recommending related content based on user's past interactions or choices. We majorly use Clevertap for sending out push notifications to our users and measuring the impact of various paid marketing campaigns and channels. With custom dashboards, funnels, user cohorts and segments, their recency and frequency on the app helps us better understand their behaviour and ship product features accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap is much more expensive than its competitors and with an increasing userbase, we were finding it even heavier on the pockets therefore we moved to another Customer engagement platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Clevertap for all the use cases it offered including sending a push notification, customer journey mapping and analytics, and creating exhaustive user onboarding flows which included event-based notification triggers. Clevertap has helped us in keeping our users engaged by observing their patterns of drop-offs at certain events and personalising notifications at these steps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clevertap charges us based on MAUs and most of the time these numbers are not accurately calculated, please do not consider Clevertap if you have a huge number of users who are bound to increase with time.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer retention is simplified to the extend with solution that it is integrated across customer journey specially in the era of digital customer brand which is backed by AI/ML along with powerful automation. The solution which is addressing the problem of retention at scale by modern engagement approach with no data limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though data limitation is not an issue but it comes with a heavy cost associated with the data package or storage capacity we have. And it becomes difficult when we have so much transaction in digital era of consumer engagement you have good chances to overshoot budgets. But yes good things come with high cost

Customer retention is just one way we are using this product it comes beyond the direct benefits by having both downstream and upstream approach of data we get from clever tap solution making us more agile and proactive in our actions.
