Super useful tool across functions
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of multiple power tools for PMs to analyze experiment and conclude.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unavailability of a few math operations (percentages, combincations etc) or writing custom queries to get the data views. Pricing on the higher side. Reporting/Summary of campaigns and journeys not up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CT is solving an end-to-end problem for startups in terms of communicating with users (Marketing suite), analyzing the clickstream (Data Suite), and experimentation (Product Suite)
Amazing team great support
What do you like best about the product?
The Clevrtap teams support is amazing. CleverTap team is really proactive in solving queries and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are some issues that occur but the proactive reply and immediate resolution from the CleverTap team nullifies for these minor issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all transactional, service and activation notification using CleerTap campaigns and it has been really amazing so far.

Most intuitive platform connecting and engaging customers
What do you like best about the product?
It is helping in targeting and reaching more new clients and customers through websites online. Best features about this software is retentioning our customers automatically. With this software you will be able to analyse and address the problems of retentioners. There is no kind of data limit in this software so there is no issue of storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while creating and generating analytical reports of the customers problem or issue. While uploading new data it takes a little bit of time for refreshing the dataor the page, campaign setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this platform in our organization for integrating with other real time tracking and targeting softwares, for getting new customers and providing them proper service. It is the greatest tool and helping to send notifications to our employees, managers , other organisations.

What do you like best about the product?
A wide range of tools/delivery mechanisms for targeted campaigns. An intuitive interface that makes it easier to evaluate the performance of campaigns and dive deeper into the specifics of engaged users. Prompt support by a dedicated CSM and tech support staff.

Nothing worth calling out here. The tool works well.

CleverTap enables creation of engagement campaigns/journeys for various target segments. This has helped in improving engagement and optimising churn.
Marketing automation tool with top of the class analytics capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Clevertap is although you are paying for a marketing automation tool, you get an excellent product analytics tool out of the box, which is at par with the best-in-class product analytics tools like Mixpanel, etc. It helps you automate SMS, emails, In-app messages, pop-up messages, etc, based on customer journeys and at various touch points in your application. You can quickly check the ROI and efficiency of these marketing campaigns that you run or just create some A/B test to see which campaigns truly deliver your ideas. You can also analyse how customers are interacting with your application and take marketing decision based on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve. Analytics can sometimes become a pain to understand and interpret, especially funnels, because, unlike Mixpanel, you cannot set how you want to count your conversion in Clevertap. It is fixed to measure unique conversions only. Secondly, the interface isn't intuitive and can be extremely slow sometimes. The user search capabilities are one specific feature that I dislike about Clevertap because I cannot search my users from their phone numbers. I have to convert the phone number to either email or identity and then search for users from that, which can be cumbersome.

Clevertap is a marketing automation tool that helps you connect with your customers by interacting with them through emails, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, etc. This is highly beneficial and helps you run marketing campaigns that your tech team would otherwise have to build. Clevertap has been a life saver to run marketing campaigns on a daily basis and to analyze their impact and gauge our ROI
Best platform for tracking customers data
What do you like best about the product?
A perfect and handy platform for notifying and sending notifications to your customers, clients, vendors, and team members. There is also a feature for scheduling the sending of information. This is very useful in generating graphical reports for better customer understanding. Texting your client is one of the fantastic features of this platform. Several marketing and advertising tools are available for small or medium-sized businesses. Integrating it with other CRM platforms is much easier with this platform as compared to other similar software.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform does not allow a group of members to work on a single project or segment. When searching for a company or a brand name, this platform does not show the accurate result on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this software, we had an issue storing our client's data and sharing it with team members and problem solvers. So this software helped us in doing the work and saved our time data. It has really improved the time we take to communicate and resolve their problems.

User friendly UI, high flexibility and endless options for creating business logic and valuable outpust in the form of analytics and campaigns

The complexed pricing structure, need to spend a lot of time to understand the tool.

Placement of the campaigns in exact touch points with limited inputs. Analytics output on the app in few clicks

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is the good tool for getting the customers journey. We are using this tool for our OTT platform Lionsgate Play and it's giving us the good insights about the customers choice. Hihgly recommend to everyone.Have very good featuresfor understanding we have Analytics and segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
System maintenance issues, sometimes it got stuck in between work. Everyday I got the email regarding the schedule download timing and the features that not available during downtime was the major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By CleverTap we are tracking our customers on OTT platform, helping our team in terms of analysis. Reseting the passwords, checking payment dates, even customer lifecycle on application across all over the region.
I have been using Clevertap for like 4 - 5 years. Constant upgrade is a key for the reference!

Dashboard is very easy to use. It a very user-friendly.
Especially with the new dashboard, it's in one place for creating campaigns. No need for page load for the campaign!

I don't see any dislikes as such. Happy with whatever CleverTap is providing for us. Especially the support when we are stuck with some issues.

It's majorly solving our user engagement which includes PNs, Email, SMS, AppInbox, InApp Notification etc..
Apart from that - user profile debug & audit, rewards addition to user's profile, nudges etc..
