Ominchannel customer management and retention offering

What do you like best about the product?
No maintenance need to be taken care by us it's just ready to use and we can focus more on our strategy instead of product maintenance. I liked the feature where we have avenues like user segmentation, customer journey mapping and data driven approach which is better analytics driven. So we can provide or add value to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good things come at high price the capability tool offer is amazing and it make sure we are par at customer renetion however cost involved can be discouraging for small businessman
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a saas based product and we use it to manage entire customer engagement life cycle so we can achieve better and high growth rate. Retention of current customer base is critical in today's world which this tool help us in achieving by offering different custom features

Great tool for user reengagement

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap offers better and more detailed analytics than its competitors but at a higher cost. Identifying dormant user cohorts and crafting user journeys and setting up automated notifications for them is super easy and the delivery rates of Clevertap are better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap is very expensive and still, the data upload limit of events and users keeps getting exhausted and we have to keep deleting certain custom segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Clevertap for sending personalized and geo-based notifications to users. User segmentation and setting up notification campaigns and analyzing historical data help us drive insights that can be incorporated into current strategies. With clever tap we were able to better engage our users and increase our feature adoption by redirecting them to specific places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We switched from Clevertap to MoEngage but still have its 6-month credentials left, please go for Clevertap if you have good funding or are a profitable startup otherwise you can explore other options.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Schedule Campaign feature
2. Effective A/B testing build to track campaign performance
3. Automated trigger campaigns to target drop-offs or push out reminders for repeat purchases
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Limited storage space available on the platform. Higher premiums charged to increase container size for customer event and interactions with the app
2. Not supportive for website appliacations

1. Messaging personalisation: Helps to create user cohort & hence targeted marketing campaigns (push notifications) to offer personalise communocation
2. Measuring incrementality of sending push notifications and email on business

An Awesome platform to engage users

What do you like best about the product?
Clavertap is an incredible platform to engage users. Since I've started to use it, my engagement and users retention has come to another level. It's an intuitive platforme to get on your users in so many channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me is when you publish a journey, you are not able to change any of the nodes of segmentation or triggers, and if somehow you publish something wrong and realize after you publish, you will have to clone, fix and publish again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are many, but the most important thing we have solved was the engagement time. With Clevertap, we can find your user's best time to engage in an email or in a web push, pop-up, or whatever you like.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To have great use of the platform, you should have a great DEV team to implement every event correctly; it will make a difference in your usage.

Great tool for User Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the Push templates offered by clever tap; it has almost 25% greater CTRs as it helped us differentiate on the Notification lock screen and cut the clatter. Designing user journeys and segmentation based on user behavior and activity on the app helped us identify gaps and nudge users to perform specific intended in-app actions through FOMO or personalized messaging. The best part is the flexibility to do A/B testing among test and control cohorts, easily without coding. Clevertap is an excellent tool for Activation, Retention, Rengagement, and Resurrection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating user profiles is unbearably slow. It always keeps suggesting us to do an upgrade and also their ways to identify uninstallers doesn't seem to be very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Growth Manager, I use CleverTap to enhance our end funnel conversion rates using push notifications, in-app notifications (interstitial and others) and promotional notifications. We also used Clevertap to nudge users to give our app a rating on google play store, and performed a lot of experiments on the best way to do so and CleverTap has helped a great deal in doing so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Clevertap can be a bit expensive for small startups which don't have access to huge funds.

What do you like best about the product?
Provide almost all the CRM options and the journey in clevertap is one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not get the metrics of the users who have received sms or push notifications

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to onboard teams
- User journeys
- Analytics (especially funnels)
- No code solutions to pop-ups etc
What do you dislike about the product?
At times event listeners can be a bit limiting to setting up campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving user engagement and cross-sell initiatives. At a previous company, CleverTap helped us monetize our user data to contribute 10%+ of overall revenues.

What do you like best about the product?
By using Clevertap I'm able to experiment new ways to reach users we thought were already lost, also it's very likely to do a personalization process within the app
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload a group of users and work due their activity on the app. Using Clevertao it's only possible if you identify the segment within Clevertap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're currently working to re-engage customers, also to improve our sales and activity within the app. Tools such as the RFM have been very useful to create new strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating segments using many parameters at a time. Data visualization is detailed, no need to download and filter data myself to find a particular trend. Overall functionalities compared to other platforms makes CVT 5 years ahead of others( depending on how fast others evolve).
What do you dislike about the product?
Ex. i can download data of users who clicked any campaign but can download time at which they clicked, in summary can't download events data, a big downside of CVT. If two users of CVT want to download data at same time, they cannot, requests runs in queue and another person have to wait until first persons' request is processed, at least 2 requests should be made run at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization. Integrating every channel with clevertap ex. email, sms to have all the channels' data at one place. Using complicated segments to target required database.
