What do you like best about the product?
The analytics part provides multiple options; we can track real-time data, do cohort analysis, RFM analysis, hourly event data, funnels, etc. The analytics dashboard is beneficial is debugging issues that we face on CleverTap
What do you dislike about the product?
A few areas of improvement for CleverTap would be the flow of the dashboard, for a user who did not have much exposure on CleverTap, the dashboard seem really complicated. Another improvement area would be the loading time while creating/ cloning campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we had before CleverTap was integrated was real-time targetting. CleverTap allows real-time targetting. The second major issue was the automation of marketing effort which was completely manual previously
Recommendations to others considering the product:
CleverTap is a really good tool. But from user point of view, there needs to be a elaborate training to use the tool effectively. Also, support and Service Agreements should be very clear before forging the partnership with CleverTap
Clevertap helps with iterative granular product observations
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track custom events and user journies. Through its campaigns, clevertap allows targeting customers sharply based on the behaviours and characteristics they exhibit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a fair bit of learning curve to get familiar with how the tool works. More assistance at the point of confusion within the app would be helpful so people can engage with the tutorial without having to break out of the flow. It would be helpful if attribution data were also made available within clevertap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're still fairly new to clevertap. Our goal is to understand customer behaviour and accordingly make incremental improvements to our product. Some of the initial questions I'm keen about are what things are people engaging with? And then run A/B experiments.

What do you dislike about the product?
If it included more functionalities such as attribution tracking or detailed product analytics, it would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on retention with Clevertap. It's very easy to build cohorts and run retention experiments via notications.
Strong and Effective tool to drive user engagement.
What do you like best about the product?
We majorly use Clevertap for sending push notification and the best part is that we can schedule these notifications for anytime, this automation helps during holidays. Clevertap provides us with a lot of controls like demographic/geographic targeting, this helps during A/B testing and double down on quality initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing model is based upon the number of notifications delivered, and these numbers are vastly inflated. Also they have too many options for reporting which sometimes gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Clevertap to design user journeys and analytics associated with events. We can see the whole user journey and identify the drop-offs and therefore can fix these gaps and prevent churn.Carefully analysing use behaviour helps us improve the product and craft better onboarding journeys to keep the user engaged. Clevertap provides accurate data for uninstallers by FCM Token Mechanism, therefore we can run a separate campaign on this base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a perfect turn for all your retention/resurrection needs. The product is designed beautifully and the support team responds quickly in case of any hiccups along the way.
Use It For Customer Lifecycle Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this platform primarily for segmenting the customers' life cycle journeys in our application. Apart from this, with the help of CleverTap, we are exporting our base audience for remarketing over Facebook and Google ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always admired the effort they put into making such a platform. But as a user, I am a little disappointed with how they respond to the issues that, as a user, I face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our business is heavily dependent on the application, CleverTap has helped us to segment audience for different stages they are on the app. By this we have been able to focus more on most important segments to increase our revenue.
Handy Tool for Mobile Marketing and User Behavior Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It has easy to integrate SDK which helps in tracking every user action accurately. Also it has campaigns feature which helps us in sending push notifications efficiently.

It's deep linking integration with Branch didn't work well for us. We faced a lot of issues are still facing it and it hasn't been resolved yet. The customer support from both the products just keep pushing that the issue is not from our side.

Clevertap for customer retention
What do you like best about the product?
The customer segmentation and customer base target for customer campaigns .Its a very easy to use and target a specific customer according to their behaviour properties

Functionality related to analytics should be increased more.Even the customer profile upload and customer properties updation should be made easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of customer on various parameters.Sms and email campaigning for various brand relatead promotion and programs thereby lead to customer retention

I would recommend clevertap to every organization who wants to retain their customer and wants analysis of customer on segnentation basis.From sms campaigning to email campaigning it is a great tool to use for.

Its a very easy way to send comumunications to our customers in a very easy to use platform.

Some features are not very friendly like changing something on Journeys and stopping certain activities.

We have already integrated clevertap with our CDC, to make sure that all user actions (which need to emailed/PN'ed/SMS'ed against) are being ingested into the clevertap system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the wide range of features and options that clevertap provides, there is a learning curve involved for all users who start to use clevertap. This is slightly annoying, but overall is a definite value addition.

We manage all user communications with clevertap, and it has proven to be a one-stop solution for all my user communications.
Customer engagement platform that gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of use, the essential features such as Funnel analysis, Cohort analysis, finding segments, and ad-hoc campaigns. On top of it, it's also relatively easy to integrate with our internal software.
The new UI upgrade on the campaign creation really helps me to plan and create multiple campaigns in a more seamless way than before, thus saving my time significantly.

Being unable to export user-level data after engagement, Product Experience feature is still unreliable as well with its user qualification which I would like to see the improvements from
