What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is very easy to use. It a very user-friendly.
Especially with the new dashboard, it's in one place for creating campaigns. No need for page load for the campaign!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any dislikes as such. Happy with whatever CleverTap is providing for us. Especially the support when we are stuck with some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's majorly solving our user engagement which includes PNs, Email, SMS, AppInbox, InApp Notification etc..
Apart from that - user profile debug & audit, rewards addition to user's profile, nudges etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has a really easy interface which helps to create campaigns easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation at times is a bit difficult in case when the And/Or part comes to play to select a userbase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation is a perfect thing that Clevertap provides, and through the Journey, there's significantly less manual work that needs to be done once the Journeys are set.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is great to send notifications, it has eay interface and decent delivery
What do you dislike about the product?
The client serving team need to really up their hame. They provide generic responses to the small issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is great to send notifications but there are better tools out there enabling to send more templates and better client servicing.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of using CleverTap:
1. It is very easy to use. The user experience is quite nice.
2. The UI is clean.
3. Integrations and insights are quite useful in helping me plan campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike:
1. If the amount of data is high, the processing is really slow.
2. The campaign flow creation gets daunting at times.
3. User Management module can be improved to allow access to multiple dashboard under same business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. it is solving campaign management and remarketing complexities for me.
2. It is also useful in tracking consumer behaviour.
3. Sometimes if the dev cycle is long for hardcoding communication/banners, CT's interventions come in handy.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is easy to integrate into your product
Offers excellent support in the product and also a standby dedicated account manager
The product is easy to use for users of all levels
The pricing is very affordable for growing businesses and startups
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap can be intimidating for new users due to the nature of analyzing events but is easy once they adopt
Clevertap visualizations need to be improved to match what other providers offer, i.e., more aesthetic to the eyes

CleverTap provides product analytics that point to the customer friction in our product
It gives us daily analytics of product usage
It offers us in-app push notifications/messages as well as email campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a great entry-level customer engagement platform. It offers everything we need in terms of features and functionality and the customer support is very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a learning curve. Sometimes the web dashboard is a bit slow and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap gives us a customer engagement tool that we use to send push notifications and emails both for transactional and campaign-style messaging. This initiative is used to drive up engagement and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how CleverTap has a feature for any idea you may have. As a UX Researcher, I frequently use their Campaigns and Notifications feature to reach out to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have minor downsides so far. I had little challenges when CleverTap updated its UI. Nonetheless, it was easy to search its documentation for the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Experimentation, sending notifications, and running campaigns. It has been highly advantageous to see how our campaigns perform and we can immediately tweak them based on its instant insights and analytics.
