What do you like best about the product?
As a mobile app use case, we have been able to understand what users are doing specifically after triggering specific action. This has really helped us understand user journey better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to do detailed session analytics. Although they have just launched something on these lines but it doesn't give me session analytics for specific pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to connect with users much more efficiently and understand user traversal journey on app. Specially, analytics module is super helpful which has helped not just PM but non-tech people to carry out analytics and learn about user behaviour on the product.

What do you like best about the product?
the track of all output threads and allowing user to slice and dice the reports the way they want to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
The data variation under 3rd party ad dashboard and campaign driven through CT sometimes is more than 15%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It depends on which leg of the journey we are working on
1. whether it only about driving visits
2. or its about final conversions

The cycle is very well covered and do yo tracking we do realize the results which in turn
1. help benchmark
2. improve with experiments

Dashboards; UI; Quick Support; Great Team at Stand by for solving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI and it's compatibility in mobile.

It doesn't work with mobile. It's all clumpsy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Automations; Incremental Revenue can be exponentially increased with right communication at right time.

To get the clear data of every user, I find campaign setting is good( SMS and PUSH)

Customer Support | Less Knowledge of game app environment(unity)

What do you like best about the product?
Real time event journy based camping a awesome. We can do lot's of real time event based camping.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should bring new feature and dashboards for orders and revenew for each campings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Clevertap to study user behavior, trends and understand different cohorts and funnels which help us better the product. We intend to soon use this for cross-platform analytics (web & native android).

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap provides clear mechanisms to understand what your users are doing, and how to engage with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools can be a bit convoluted, and can require some adjustment from the product team to maximze. Implementation can also be a technical challenge if your team has no experience with instrumentation on the regular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're better able to understand what our users do when the engage with our app - this in turn normalizes our user journey maps, and keeps the team on the ground when it comes to user engagement. Additionally, we have concrete data on feature usage, which helps us prioritize improvements for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you're not looking for user behaviors and interactions, as tools like HotJar are better suited for that.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several campaigns that if use smartly can promote your brands very well. You can attract the customers on the basis of these brands campaigns. The app has nearly 8000 brands that have very strong and powerful capacity of attracting the clients. There is another very interesting feature that helps in making you aware of any change step taken by the customer and it will send an automated message to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a mobile app and it must have variety of languages at the dashboard but it offers only one language and that is English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is a powerful mobile phone app. This helps in making the customers more happy and be loyal to you. The app is ana effective marketing tool that not only promotes your brands but makes leads of potential clients as well. You can develop strategies for the customers on the basis of the brands. You can build strong ties with the customers by making valuable insights of the brands.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to clone campaigns. As our business works in more than 12 languages, its very helpful.

Its not the most intuitive tool to use at the beggining.

analytics are way better than in our previous crm provider.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is used to create exceptional customer experiences by leveraging real-time analytics and personalizing engagement strategies at scale. It helps marketers understand and respond to customer needs by developing a 360 view of app users across channels and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clevertap is really costly, especially for smaller companies. Some dashboard sections are not very properly defines and are really messy. It also does not allow you to create a customized view of the most important metrics and the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap is an amazing tool that provides detailed analytics and thorough return on investment tracking. it allows you to deliver dynamic content very simply. it also provides customizable CTAs. It also thoroughly tracks the website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing about clever tap is its high rate of users. Numerous customers and marketing channels are using it. The number of campaigns is being conducted by it's like: clever campaign triggered and schedule campaign. Segmentation and A/B testing is also available. Segmentation makes this very easy for marketers to decide what group of customer they need to communicate. Tracking analysis can be uninstalled if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well no problem has been detected or seen by anyone about the clever tap yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clever tap has a logo of "convert, retain and grow your mobile users". Clever tap provides its clients with useful data about customers. It provides unified behavioral analytics and user engagement. Clever tap is also known as the most powerful and comprehensive platform which integrates numerous personnel. The marketing engagement feature of the clever tap influences the user behavior and most up them to accomplish your desired actions.
