Integration with SMS and Email service providers could be a lengthy task in some cases.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is an amazing authoritative, incorporated, and wide-ranging tool that provides actual performance analytics and user involvement, that can be used by the brands to better recognize and involve the users. Many of the important global companies such as Samsung, Star Network, Sony, etc. use this tool as it assists you to simulate user actions and inspire them to achieve the desired activities. The product and customer support teams of CleverTap positively receive feedback and efforts to accommodate the needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has more emphasis on mobile apps than on the website. It is a little expensive for smaller organizations. When performing multiple tasks, the system slows down. There is no built-in option for message or email, so it needs the incorporation of third-party tools. As the quantity of the information to be stored exceeds the limit, its cost increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap supports the marketers to recognize and answer to the client’s requirements by giving a 360 view of application users through networks and devices. It enables mobile marketers to better comprehend the user performance and make effective engagement strategies by coupling a strong analytics tool to an appropriate engagement set up. CleverTap assists you to completely enhance the campaign expenditures throughout every network.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i love about clevertap is that i have can see everything and related to data to our app in one place. This makes me take quality and timely decisions which have a positive impact in the overall development. I can easily take control and make journeys accordingly. Thank you

Customer Engagement and able to get back customer who have uninstalled our app.

Obviously yes if they want to boom their companies performance then they definitely need clevertap

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Clevertap enables me to reach users from the start of the funnel through registration and then engagement and retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, there are no downsides to using Clevertap. Even when our campaigns or journeys are not a success we have learned something about our users and can make the necessary adjustments. The one challenge is while learning how to use Clevertap you need to understand the thought process of the development team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successfully moving people through registration. Bringing back users who have not used the app in a while. New user on-boarding. Rewarding users for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
We use CleverTap on a day to day basis. Almost all our engagement campaigns are sent using CleverTap. Their customer service team is by far the best I have worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the product is very user friendly and with help from customer success, we’re able to solve for most of our use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap support is also a great resource and they will take the time and energy to help you set up the account.We use CleverTap primarily used for mobile app analytics and engagement optimisation. It has been a great tool to understand user behaviour for new features and make changes to the app accordingly.

Clevertap is a must

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Campaigns feature is awesome. With that feature, you can just set up push campaigns once and forget about sending push messages to new users, the platform will do it for you. You can set triggers, so once a user does something specific, he will receive an automated message.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only "but" we found on Clevertap is that their dashboard is only available in English. They should add more languages like Spanish, Italian and French at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the huge volume of apps and users that Mobincube has, it used to be imposible to take care of sending customized push messages to all of them in order to keep a good level of loyalty. With Clevertap and its smart campaigns, we just need to configure those campaigns once and then new users will start receiving messages as a reaction of their actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should definitely give Clevertap a try. It will make your life easier. Even if you think at first that the pricing is high, you will realize that it is much cheaper than having one or two full time employees doing all the work.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap's support makes me love this tool because every question I have, I can reach out to them and their responsiveness if perfect: fast and very explanatory and educative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using the tool itself could be a little challenging since I don't have any technical background.

Reaching out to users in a very timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is very useful when it comes uncovering deep insights about customers that otherwise would be difficult to analyze. The platform is intuitive and very easy to use. It's extremely valuable to look at the entire journey of customers and identify problem areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developer support is needed. Would encourage a more efficient support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped to identify the users who weren't making any purchases and were still using the app quite often. We could target them with the right message and at the right time. There was an immediate jump in revenue after using the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide the data points and assign a dedicated developer during setup. Centralize your customer data in one tool.

Quick to set up and the incredible power you get.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could take a little time getting used to. But when an analytics + engagement platform does so much, that's perfectly acceptable.

1. Getting customers to upgrade their existing offerings

What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed with how simple and fluidic the user experience is. The UI just talks to you, and you need not be a data scientist or a marketing pro to understand the whats and the hows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, being extremely honest. Genuinely loved it
