What do you like best about the product?
What's better than saving cost on a headcount for a Data Analyst in the CRM team when you can tap on CleverTap's extensive analytical capabilities?
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve that will take a while, and you may have tons of questions during the first few months. But once you're past that it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to continuously activate our users, and keep them engaged/delighted with our app through timely notifications.

A great benefit from this product is also the ability to segment users very easily. Plus, from any parts of your analyses, you can immediately send a campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get on the trial period and explore the analytical capabilities. If the ability to analyse your segments and users based on your "critical events" is highly necessary, CleverTap is the solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated segmentation based on Recency and Frequency is very useful. It helps us track how many users have moved from Champions to hibernating and set up targeted campaigns to get them back to Champions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Journeys seems a bit complex though we still continue to use it as it's very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We thoroughly use the email channel and the product helps us to A/B test easily and measure the outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use but powerful interface. Cohort analysis and deep dive into events is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are hard to understand / less intuitive like test profiles

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap has by far the best customer support and online resources. I love their newsletter with the best tips and tricks, always very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some small features aren't clear in the beginning, but support is super helpful to explain how to use what features

Integrated marketing communications strategy, talking to our users at the right time, with the right messaging

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of event tracking and user funnels. Gives me a clear cut picture of my user journey. Very important for the product team because of the insights you can get from Coevertap
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be wonderful if you guys can provide install attribution as well so that we do not to depend on their party for that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically understanding what content our users like the most. We have been able to deliver custom notifications to customers basis their reading history

I like the speed, robustness, ease of use, quality and TAT of the product.

CSV file upload is a task. (moengage has a better/easier way of doing it)

Activation/onboarding of new users, retention and engagement on our product.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great on-boarding experience.
- Easy to use dashboard.
- Plenty of ways to interact with customers (for both web and mobile apps).
- Many ways of extracting insightful information on customer behavior.
- Data is not only insightful but also actionable: there are usually buttons next to the data providing actions to improve the results.
- Also some really interesting machine learning applications (like goal prediction, best time to deliver, recommendations).
What do you dislike about the product?
Until the moment I couldn't find anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We expect we'll be able to achieve a high level of engagement with our customers through the distribution of personalized discounts and also to provide them a much better customer service.

Involving the tech team for every change

- Easy to setup recurring use cases for daily / weekly engagement, leading to an increase of more than15% in the WAU/MAU over a very short period of time.
- We have realised that users tend to engage more if the notifications are delivered at the right time, which Clevertap helps us very extensively.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of CleverTap is its features range. We use it as a complete CRM platform: user segmentation, audience building, journey campaigns and performance tracking are some of its main capabilities.
To make it better, its customer service is thorough, attentive and very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a built-in SMS provider nor an e-mail provider. So these features require integration with third parties.
And, as you use it and pile up data do be stored, its services gets pricier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap throughout all of our CRM processes. User acquisition with targeted member to member communication, activation journey campaigns, reactivation through remarketing and special offers, segmentation of specific users with specific actions, etc. Beyond that, we use Clevertap to keep track of several KPIs and campaign performance, such as user engagement, user cohorts, AB tests, uninstalls, etc. One major problem that it does address is the possibility to personalize the content we deliver to our users; at the same time, its intelligence selects the right time and situation to do it. The level of detail possible to manage is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
- Intelligent products for user segmentation
- Powerful set of products for remarketing, user engagement, user journey, etc.
- Helps you bring back lost users through RFM analysis, uninstall user targeting, etc.
- Covers all campaign channels such as email, push, webpush, SMS
What do you dislike about the product?
- As it scales, it tends to become slightly slow
- The Dashboard UI could be slightly better
- Could add more tools for paid marketing attribution, etc.
