Clevertap provides a quick and easy solution to our marketing needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of analytics capabilities provided by Clevertap best. They are easy to use. I also like the "best time for every user" feature when sending out comms, to suit what is best for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much for now, maybe the lack of having a more organised way to keep our segments?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap has allowed me to learn about the users of my business easily with all the different features, like Funnels, Cohorts and RFM. Instead of requiring data support, I am able to perform studies on my own now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy solution to rolling out Mobile push, really good analytics capabilities too

Good platform for your Apps engagement

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best from clevertap is its journey feature that can create automatic flow of engagement starting from user onboarding, user purchasing, and prevent user churn
What do you dislike about the product?
What i don't really like is it didn't support coupon or voucher capabilities where we can distribute unique voucher code through mobile push or in-apps notification. Secondly it's not easy to create campaign and engagement based on MSISDN, we need to create text column and row on the files and then upload the files instead of just uploading raw files of MSISDN and submit the campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile apps engagement (myIM3) have increased and also we can target the right user and increase take-up rate

Great tool to perform a market analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a very complete tool to perform a complete analysis of user behavior, which allows us to have a more effective understanding of the tastes of the people we want to analyze, thanks to this we can see clearly, who look at the sites of our competitors, and thus offer them, something better or equal, so we have a large retention of people within our business, thanks to the precise data on the actions performed by users on other sites, we can create a set of personalized preferences for each one of them, showing them what they want to see, and so we avoid them from going to our pages, to other places to look for the same thing, or something different from what they offer them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application can be a bit slow in some kind of work, when different tasks are performed within the application, this can stop for a few seconds, some things are missing to be optimized, I would like the reports to be a little more detailed, to you need a lot of compatibility with other tools and applications, a system of these must be free to complement any marketing tool, not see other tools as your competitors but as your add-ons, since you will always use different similar tools, that one expects to be easily complemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use this tool we can make a better study of the data and the information about the users, since we have this tool that allows us to do a follow-up to each one of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to effectively monitor the behavior of users, but before implementing this system, compatibility should be analyzed with other products.

What do you like best about the product?
NoThe UI of clevertap is vary easy to understand and the level of control is good but the complexity is also low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation of the APIs are not good and very slow. There should be a option to track the delivery rate of the Push Notification.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to add rich media like images (including gifs) and video including custom sound.
What do you dislike about the product?

Not really anything to dislike, however access to beta features is hard to get

Tool is not mature enough to cater to very specific and real time campaigns flawlessly

What do you like best about the product?
Their analytics, journeys, flows, RFM - super set of features that allow you to customize your marketing messages
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons as such but if I had to pick on something then the look and feel of the product could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved most of our growth-related data requests as well as creating marketing campaigns based on auto generated segments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Customer Success team is brilliant - make sure you get all the tips on how to use each feature and different use cases which they have previously encountered. Very good team with great insights

The support system over email and sometimes the speed of the tool is slow.

Personalized medicines is the strength of Jiva, through CleverTap we are able to scale personalized user journeys that is sending them timely reminders, upselling, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Clevertap is a great way to connect with your users. Mainly because it let the business reach them out in a non - intrusive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they have technical errors such as the information does not appear on time, but it requires to log out and then back in to see the results of certain campaigns.
