What do you like best about the product?
- Easy yet elaborative dashboard, our marketers and product managers both find Clevertap easy to use.
- Helps us manage acquisition, analysis and engagement at one place, which is extremely productive for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can't use time-spent as a native metric.
- Some native events like app installs, app launches often don't match with other sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to build a data-centric culture across the team, and the easy to use analytics gives us the ability to achieve this.
Engagement and analytics are in a single platform which helps the team take actions based on insights without moving out of the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this if you need to manage the acquisition, analytics, and engagement from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how complete the platform is. Clevertap helps you analyze what happens on your website and in the app, you can find insights and make better decisions. Also on the same platform you can create automatic campaigns according to each segment. Automatic campaigns really help the work of the marketing area. The team can focus more on creating strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has small errors sometimes, however, the support team solves any problem very quickly. I appreciate how quickly they answered my questions. They have excellent customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had several platforms that help us analyze what happened on the web and the app and send marketing campaigns. With Clevertap we could have everything in one platform. In addition to following all the way of the consumer through the different devices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend Clevertap. It is a tool that has everything. It is the dream of any marketer

The ability to create robust journeys and dynamic segments help us target and retarget our customers and increase communication effectiveness
What do you dislike about the product?
Disability to refresh older CSV upload segments and the fact that past behavior segments refresh just once a day

What do you dislike about the product?
1. App uninstall data isn't clear. E.g. in a month if there are 1,000 uninstalls, the system doesn't count any new device reinstalls, from the same user login
2. Discrepancy in third-party data; e.g. Bit.ly clicks don't match the platform data with CleverTap data
3. Deliverability of third-party communication, through CleverTap; e.g. reduced deliverability of SMS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding user behaviour in terms of app usage, behaviour by time of day, engagement and stickiness, behaviour by geography. Improved response to time-bound, targeted campaigns and substantial increase in revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create journeys as welll as A/B testing.
I also appreciate the fact that the product is constantely improved with new functionalities and the personalized service from Customer success managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we couldn't use it with Opera.
Personally, it has been a bit difficult to work with Arabic, because it is not fully compatible with CleverTap. Previews don't display in the right direction, signs get changed, so it's difficult to track buttons on in-apps, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use CleverTap to promote reading. CleverTap allows us to engage users and make them read more. We find journeys and recurring messages specially useful for these tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check that it is fully compatible with the tech you're using.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple options CT has to make decisions simple and intelligent and eventually help bottom line of a company is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it is not very intuitive still. A lot can be done to ensure people use features better. Possibly a questionnaire to know why users are using it and then suggesting them relevant features would be of great help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to users and ensure conversions are highest.

What do you like best about the product?
A very user-friendly tool for newbie digital marketers. Lets you target communications based on multiple behavioral attributes like locations and a lot of user properties. Analytics is much better than firebase or google analytics. All depends on how well you do the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Container size seems limited. Also, live user journey is only limited to 1. Some very good features are not available in my pricing. Should have provided me a trial at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time App analytics available is a customizable and user-friendly way.
Use App as a communication channel in multiple ways which was not possible through the existing marketing platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Liked the interface of the platform. Very easy to use and convenient for a new user to use. Everything is very much self explanatory.You are able to reach the customers at the right time and on their preferred channels

Sometimes it lags while sending the notification. Mostly when going out to a larger base
