- It's very easy to create, use, implement & target users on clevertap
- Personalising is easy and effective
- Journeys are very very helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
Slowness/ Product Lag is one thing that I think should be addressed.
In dashboarding some features are not there.
Lastly, there should be some predefined templates that will help a new business to get started in no time and some custom best-practices templates that can help a company to focus on retention and reduce churn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation and reporting primarily. Rest funnel analysis and detailed study of user behaviour data is also somethings which is benefitting us.

CleverTap offers an incredibly user-friendly interface with powerful analytics tools all in one place. The ability to access and analyze data seamlessly makes it a go-to platform for understanding user behavior and optimizing campaigns. Its ease of use significantly reduces the time needed to implement and evaluate marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
While CleverTap is excellent for analytics, the Journey feature could benefit from more advanced functionalities. Enhancing this area would allow for even more sophisticated customer journey mapping and automation, making it a more comprehensive tool for growth marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is solving the challenge of understanding user behavior across multiple channels by providing a unified platform for analytics, engagement, and segmentation. This helps me to create highly targeted campaigns, leading to better user retention and increased conversion rates. The ability to track user journeys and interactions in real-time allows for more responsive and personalized marketing strategies, which ultimately drives growth and improves overall customer satisfaction.
Great Product with lot of capabilities

Ease of use: Product provides easy capabilities to create campaigns, journeys, customer segments and cohorts.
Data Ingestion for Web, App. SDK integration is very basic and could be done with minimal time from the engg. Also has a manual upload option to add users without hassle.
Customer Communications: Multiple Campaign types which cover different and almost all formats of comms with every template available in the industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
Data Integration with lead management system is a hassle. Although there is generic API/SFTP based solution available it involves lot of engg bandwidth to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App & Web drop off journeys are configured which increased our DAU by 20%. Lead nurturing journeys configured helped users move down the funnel. We connected internal chatbot to CT capabilities to create journeys based on user-input. Clevertap is our one stop solution for all comms to the customer.
Have been using it over a year. Experience has been good compared to other platforms

No feature lock-in. All features are available for all users.
Also the chat support and CSM are of great help.

Email HTML personalization feature is something that we have struggled with. Else I dont see any cons in the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other tools on the market, it's hard to read data for beginners, but with clevertap, it doesn't. Clevertap is easy to read for the beginner, the user experience is also very user-friendly and smooth.
I'm from someone who doesn't know anything about automation marketing to someone who's a smooth user of email marketing, SMS, push apps, inbox apps and, more specifically, all of them automated.
Clevertap's support is very enthusiastic and always supports me when I can't use it.

Although the technological potential is very good, yet advanced parts like AI,.... requires certain expertise to deploy

there is nothing as of yet which i have observered except there could be a bit of lag once a while to the analytical dashboard.

Our complex cohorts are easily manageable enabling me to reach out the right set of audience at the right time. Keeping in mind the complex backend system an Airline have, it becomes really easy to reach out to the right set of customers for upselling/ cross-selling our ancillary products. Hyper-personalization is easy to achieve.
