Excellent communications manager.
What do you like best about the product?
For now, Clevertap is one of the fundamental tools for my communication and customer retention tasks within the company where I work. The variety of channels and the tools to strategically segment the users of our application greatly simplify our efforts to generate strategic communications with a real impact on the use of the application. The integration into our platform was simple and quick, despite having encountered a couple of very specific issues that we were able to resolve with the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design and layout of some sections are not clear, especially in analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Clevertap, we were able to increase the frequency of use of different products in our application, and precisely measure the use of each tool we offer to our users.
Good, but can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that you can see a lot of data and have diverse information about the clients. And that can be translated into sales, making the corresponding campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is that it has different errors or limitations when creating campaigns. You can't do basic things like applying different segmentation filters.
I also feel that it could have more updated things, like artificial intelligence in the journeys. The email templates are very basic and the resources are limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap gives me the information I need to make decisions and improve my campaigns, such as email open rates, for example. It also helps me keep all communication centralized, for example I can send app push, web push, email, etc. from only one place.
Good tool for engagement and segmentation
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, the analytics and reporting module is useful, as is the automated journeys section.
What do you dislike about the product?
User engagement information regarding the channels is not so readily available in a simple way; it can be done, but it requires applying quite a few filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sending of automatic communications to our clients benefits us in the development of the customer lifecycle.

It’s their precision in audience segmentation and the detailed metrics that enable personalized and effective campaigns.

It's that its interface can be a bit complex at first, and some advanced features require a steeper learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CleverTap is that its user friendly. One can learn to make journeys and execute the campaigns in short span.
The Analytics helps us to review the trends and act quickly to do moment marketing.
The Support and tech team are really very helpful and supportive, as they will not only help you to set up the integrations, but also suggest more ways to use the capabilities of CleverTap in efficient manner.
We use the platform daily to monitor the trends and the preset templates have helped us to turn around things with ease and quickly

There are no downsides as such but room for improvement.
I would like to give below recommendations:
1. The product should be customisable based on the industry requirement
2. Analysis can be further refined to help users deep dive into data. E.g. Funnel and flows can be further deep dived to understand exact drop offs
3. Error prompts incase of any issue in the campaign to resolve in real time

CleverTap is helping us to understand the user journey and mapping the points of interaction and dropoffs.
We are able to reach out to the users based on their activity.
E.g. Targeting the Cart abandons and giving them real time offers with web exit intent,

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of data we have available about users and how we can use it to create and optimize engagement campaigns and turn data into sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I don't like are more about usability, sometimes segmenting can be complicated because you can't use two filters at the same time, sometimes simple things can't be changed, I feel it needs more customization and another thing could be more intelligence to create campaigns and journeys so they are not so manual.

Clevertap helps me get sales by tracking all the stages of my clients' purchasing funnel and creating actions for each of them to increase conversions.

The proximity of the service team and agility in solving questions facilitated our implementation and activation of campaigns and journeys

There were no specific points of problems during the implementation and activation of the project. Some documentation and validations can be optimized, bringing clarity to some testing scopes in the initial process.

We needed to consolidate our users' journey with different communication channels. Clever has allowed us to have simpler management of these channels and engagements.
CleverTap: An All-round and powerful tool to manage customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way cleverTap provides a simple and intuitive way to analyze key data insights. Advanced tools like user tracking, segmenting audiences and targeted campaigns are very helpful. One of the thing, i find useful is its easy integration with other platforms, without disturbing the existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. The documentation, is helpful but could be more detailed in specific areas for easier integration and debugging.

The data I receive on user behaviour with cleverTap helps me take an informed decision in developing features for our app. I can get measurable details which I can show to the leadership team for analyzing the product success. Also, depending on the real time analytics which cleverTap offers, i am able to quickly optimize campaigns to make sure they are effective and timely.
