What do you like best about the product?
What's better than saving cost on a headcount for a Data Analyst in the CRM team when you can tap on CleverTap's extensive analytical capabilities?
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve that will take a while, and you may have tons of questions during the first few months. But once you're past that it's good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to continuously activate our users, and keep them engaged/delighted with our app through timely notifications.

A great benefit from this product is also the ability to segment users very easily. Plus, from any parts of your analyses, you can immediately send a campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get on the trial period and explore the analytical capabilities. If the ability to analyse your segments and users based on your "critical events" is highly necessary, CleverTap is the solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, easy to segment. You have a user friendly platform. I like that have a lot of features, but are not complicated to use. I like that Clevertap is always implementing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that the platform is not always reliable and some messages for some reason does not appear to all users. This is happening less often lately. I did not like that the journeys were so hard to implement, at the end we did not implemented because support could not help us enough to do it. Kind of sad that most of new features are for entreprise paying users and as a small startup we can not access this features.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a customer lifecycle management and engagement platform that gathers data on any platform for behavioural analysis of the users. Some of the points that I'd like to highlight:
- Easy setup
- Real-time data gathering
- Ability to set up campaigns for real-time as well as past behaviour segment's users
- Good visual reports
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The feature called 'Journey' can't be edited once you set it up and go live. If you want to make changes then you have to clone it and make changes and pause the previous one. It can be a time consuming process if the journey is a little complicated.
2. There should be an option to check the user's data for the CSV file upload of the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide whitelabled apps for multiple brands along with web apps. It becomes crucial for us to track user behaviour across all apps and see how users are interacting with our products. We get actionable insights by using funnels and steps where we can improve the UX. We have made multiple iterations of the product based on the data we get from the Clevertap. What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to make cohorts and target users in each cohort in a more personalized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool took me sometime to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping me in driving user engagement. It is a huge benefit because I no longer depend on my tech team for sending personalized user communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated segmentation based on Recency and Frequency is very useful. It helps us track how many users have moved from Champions to hibernating and set up targeted campaigns to get them back to Champions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Journeys seems a bit complex though we still continue to use it as it's very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We thoroughly use the email channel and the product helps us to A/B test easily and measure the outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of analytics capabilities provided by Clevertap best. They are easy to use. I also like the "best time for every user" feature when sending out comms, to suit what is best for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much for now, maybe the lack of having a more organised way to keep our segments?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap has allowed me to learn about the users of my business easily with all the different features, like Funnels, Cohorts and RFM. Instead of requiring data support, I am able to perform studies on my own now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy solution to rolling out Mobile push, really good analytics capabilities too

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use but powerful interface. Cohort analysis and deep dive into events is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are hard to understand / less intuitive like test profiles

What do you like best about the product?
- Segmentation of users
- Boards functionality
- Ability to create journeys
What do you dislike about the product?
- List upload to send an email or any other communication (list upload option which is there currently enables to upload user properties only)
- Not many templates available for pop-ups

Sending notifications to users is really easy via CT. Analytics is also powerful.

Good platform for your Apps engagement

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best from clevertap is its journey feature that can create automatic flow of engagement starting from user onboarding, user purchasing, and prevent user churn
What do you dislike about the product?
What i don't really like is it didn't support coupon or voucher capabilities where we can distribute unique voucher code through mobile push or in-apps notification. Secondly it's not easy to create campaign and engagement based on MSISDN, we need to create text column and row on the files and then upload the files instead of just uploading raw files of MSISDN and submit the campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile apps engagement (myIM3) have increased and also we can target the right user and increase take-up rate
