What do you like best about the product?
The fact that once we requested a custom proposal, we got one immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the prices are rather north, meaning it costs too much to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the range of analytics capabilities provided by Clevertap best. They are easy to use. I also like the "best time for every user" feature when sending out comms, to suit what is best for every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much for now, maybe the lack of having a more organised way to keep our segments?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap has allowed me to learn about the users of my business easily with all the different features, like Funnels, Cohorts and RFM. Instead of requiring data support, I am able to perform studies on my own now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy solution to rolling out Mobile push, really good analytics capabilities too

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use but powerful interface. Cohort analysis and deep dive into events is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are hard to understand / less intuitive like test profiles

What do you like best about the product?
- Segmentation of users
- Boards functionality
- Ability to create journeys
What do you dislike about the product?
- List upload to send an email or any other communication (list upload option which is there currently enables to upload user properties only)
- Not many templates available for pop-ups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending notifications to users is really easy via CT. Analytics is also powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best from clevertap is its journey feature that can create automatic flow of engagement starting from user onboarding, user purchasing, and prevent user churn
What do you dislike about the product?
What i don't really like is it didn't support coupon or voucher capabilities where we can distribute unique voucher code through mobile push or in-apps notification. Secondly it's not easy to create campaign and engagement based on MSISDN, we need to create text column and row on the files and then upload the files instead of just uploading raw files of MSISDN and submit the campaign
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mobile apps engagement (myIM3) have increased and also we can target the right user and increase take-up rate

What do you like best about the product?
They really hear us like clients. We had a wonderful experience as customers with special needs. The engineers implemented special features based on our feedback and needs. They are always willing to help.
The platform is more powerful and versatile than ever, and has nothing to envy to the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial integration with Segment.com was little painful, and we have to done several fixes and work with CleverTap in order to get everything working ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can send personalized messages accross different channels, including inApp Messages, Emails and Push notifications. That help us to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep improving like you are.

Maybe you consider to redesign - redevelop your UI, because i know you will do great job with your current knowldege of your users. And the Interface hasn't changed since several years ago.

Great tool to perform a market analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap is a very complete tool to perform a complete analysis of user behavior, which allows us to have a more effective understanding of the tastes of the people we want to analyze, thanks to this we can see clearly, who look at the sites of our competitors, and thus offer them, something better or equal, so we have a large retention of people within our business, thanks to the precise data on the actions performed by users on other sites, we can create a set of personalized preferences for each one of them, showing them what they want to see, and so we avoid them from going to our pages, to other places to look for the same thing, or something different from what they offer them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application can be a bit slow in some kind of work, when different tasks are performed within the application, this can stop for a few seconds, some things are missing to be optimized, I would like the reports to be a little more detailed, to you need a lot of compatibility with other tools and applications, a system of these must be free to complement any marketing tool, not see other tools as your competitors but as your add-ons, since you will always use different similar tools, that one expects to be easily complemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we use this tool we can make a better study of the data and the information about the users, since we have this tool that allows us to do a follow-up to each one of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to effectively monitor the behavior of users, but before implementing this system, compatibility should be analyzed with other products.

What do you like best about the product?
NoThe UI of clevertap is vary easy to understand and the level of control is good but the complexity is also low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation of the APIs are not good and very slow. There should be a option to track the delivery rate of the Push Notification.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It has many options to play around your users.
2. I can check every minute detail about my customers through the dashboard itself which very useful
3. I can send many communications to people along with a lot of features like images, global limits etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes the dashboard works very slow, if many tabs are opened.
2. There is no option to unsubscribe a customer from your communications, you always need to upload a csv on the system even for a single customer.
