What do you like best about the product?
Clavertap has an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Navigating the platform is a breeze, making it accessible to users with a variety of technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
One notable downside is the pricing structure, which may be on the higher side for small businesses or startups with tight budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clavertap, users can easily schedule multi-channel marketing campaigns. Whether it’s email, SMS, or in-app messaging, the platform facilitates a unified and integrated marketing strategy.

'Taps via AI like a Boss!'

What do you like best about the product?
I quite like how this Platform cleverly uses AI to segment, provide analytics for tapping, engagement and retention. How it brilliantly uses push notifications, in-app messages and personalized communication to achieve above. Its user-friendly enough, easy-to-implement, has lots of useful features, reliable user support. C can vouch for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not at first like its learning curve. Found it sometimes has integration issues. Cost a bit high as well. But it delivers on its promise for tapping with roi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps us tap for business using clever AI, push notifications and personalized communication. Which for sure has improved outcomes and roi.

What do you like best about the product?
If there's a solution built for engagement, proposing, onboarding and forever retaining, this is it! Really made my business acquisitions a rewarding experience. I just love CleverTap! it's been empowering me with campaigns that not only address bottom line, but which inspire love and loyalty across board. I've found it user-friendly, exceptional at integration and connectivity. With user support you can't believe. Am hooked!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since implementation it's hardly done wrong. I can vouch for it. No complaints from me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Absolutely it has given me a platform to tap and engage, propose and get buy in, retain for good. Which has led to outstanding roi.

CleverTap for data and analytics (mobile app, webapp)

What do you like best about the product?
I had a positive onboarding experience by the CleverTap team. Special mention to Akshay Bhange who was the onboarding SPOC. He has a great understanding skill and technical knowledge. It made it easier for us to integrate CleverTap.

There are multiple data management options on CleverTap using which one can back up and import their data from CleverTap. If done properly, one will have their data intact and migrating becomes easier, if and when needed.

At the analytics front, I like the smart insights that the platform generates on it's own. It's really helpful to get quick insights and makes our life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features in analytics that I would like to see. For example, one cannot filter a user's history in a time range corresponding to a certain event. There is a workaround but not an elegant one. Another being ability to split an event. One can filter it though. I am sure these features are in pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping to generate actionable insights for me. This makes my life easier and enables me to take quick decisions that will benefit my product.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great support from Rashmi during the onboarding phase.
- Awesome documentation which makes integration easier.
- Easy to configure features which makes data sharing back to us simple.
- Capability to nudge customer to achieve business objective by means of journeys.
- Super easy to create segments and reach out to them via multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Summarization, visualization and analytics can be improved.
- Changes made to customer profiles take long time to actually reflect on the platform.
- New product requests have long waiting times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Determine acquisition/transaction channel and fine tune our marketing strategy and optimize COA.
- Activities done on various devices is collated in a single profile which helps targeting and nudging on multiple devices easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely like this platform pushes delivery rates. How it goes out to tap and deliver what you nees. It's simple enough to use, easy enough to implement, very effective. Every time we use it we get results via multiple channels. Its got many features to like in addition including proactive tracking and campaigns management. It integrates well, and you'll discover everytime you use it, the user support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use in our organization frequently and there's been very very few complaints such that there s actually nothing to write home about since they're always mitigated by the support team. All good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a platform we use to tap, engage and retain clients and customers alike through targeted campaigns that the platform pushes and delivers really well. For sure it gets us going and the roi is great.

Given CleverTap's proactive approach, I'm confident these aspects are already on their development roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
This easy-to-use platform does very well at omnichannel campaigns that reach, engage and retain. A platform we use frequently to create memorable experiences and meaningful client journeys. It integrates superbly with relevant platforms, is direct and is easy-to-implement. Its user-friendly, tracks well, has efficient customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we use it frequently, one negative that is clear is that its expensive. Sometimes there are technical issues with it. But overall it delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It comes through for our Marketing and Advertising engagements. Has proved a very good tool indeed to have for our omnichannel reach and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap has a range of channels that keep on increasing and updating on a timely basis. The segmentation and data analysis of CleverTap is very accurate and helps a lot in calculating the budget and ROI for any campaign(s).
Just wanted separately appreciate CleverTap's customer success team. They are very approachable to the individual needs of any partner and do/give the best possible solution to any issue in a very time-efficient manner.
Overall I have used CleverTap for 3 different organizations and would highly recommend other organizations to use CleverTap as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of CleverTap's features take a bit too much time to be deployed in Production, but at the same time, it is best to deploy something bug-free and late rather than with bugs and early.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is helping in engagement and retention with a very accurate level of targeting. Also, we can get industry-level benchmarks and suggestions on how to improve our app engagement and user activity. Separate lifecycle and triggered campaigns are helping nudge the customers and get them to stick with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Clevertap for the past 4 years, and have used almost every feature there was and is, I use and recommend Clevertap due to the following Pros,
- No hassle integration.
- Easy to understand UX.
- Test and Prod account separation.
- Trends and Analytics module.
- Segment level Targeting via push, email, SMS, etc.
- SDK-level customizations for in-app pop-ups and push notifications.
- Near realtime user-level data collection.
- Clevertap Customer support and CSM are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of aspects where I have to rely on other tools
- app Uninstall tracking.
- Engagement time per session or per user etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap enables us to target the right audience at the right time.
Eg,
We wanted to increase our user base and thus needed them to log in for us to get their details.
Clevertap data helped us identify when to send the notification and to whom to show the in-app popup
Also, A/B testing the in-app pop-up to decide the winner by goal conversion.
