Easy to use platform for customer engagement from a user point of view

What do you like best about the product?
It's been a smooth ride learning and working on Clevertap. As a new comer with no knowledge of such platforms, I had a great time working with Clevertap. The support system too at clevertap is very prompt with their services!
It's easy to integrate with other platforms too, for ex. we use a third party platform to deploy whatsapps, CT has been very easy to integrate it with and also supports features such as carousel, LTO etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes, the loading of various attributes of the campaign in 'who' section takes a lot of time, which increases the time to deploy a campaign.
2. I think there should be a bulk select option for the end goal of the campaigns while downloading it. Ex. if I want to download all campaigns from the past month, there should be a feature to select "App launched in 30 minute", right now this feature is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Scaling campaigns on a large scale across various Zomato Verticals in a limited time
2. Optimising Zomato's in-house tech and integrating it with Clevertap for a smoother collaboration
3. Different kinds of pushes — image pushes, carousel pushes etc.
4. Analytics — easy to understand and quick delivery of campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
- Extremely easy to ideate and execute marketing campaigns across channels- Whatsapp, SMS, Push Notifications, Emails etc.

- Campaigns are extremely easy to schedule and set up

- Clevertap segmentation and analytics is a good starting point to think of separate segments and cohorting to target the right users at the right time

- Clevertap's team is one of the BEST PARTNERS to have to help with any issues being faced with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Clevertap needs to coupled with other analytics tools for deeper analysis regarding your users and their behaviour. Analytics is slightly slow and not extremely user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems:
Large volume of messages to be sent to dozens of separate cohorts- marketing automation in Clevertap makes it easier!
Analytics- I often use Clevertap to explore and experiment with the volume of users doing certain events form the 'segments' and 'find people' tabs

What do you like best about the product?
I must say the New UI developed is much simplified, easier, and faster than the older version. What is the most attractive feature is the analytics, ease of creating campaigns across channels and the kind of reporting and pivots provided are likely to be used by any businesses for growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is the support sometimes...The solutions or RCA provided are not apt or completely helpful. Sometimes the whole system behaves abnormally without prior notifications of system downtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data protection, customised integration and implementation for segmentation of the data at a very minuscule level.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Dedicated customer success and account management SPOCs
2. Constant innovation and new feature to better target the users
3. Easy campaign creation flows
4. Multi-channel support - WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Push Notifications
5. Team is dedicated to discuss customisations if required for enterprise clients and provide alternative ways on how problems can be solved with existing or upcoming features
6. Very less downtimes and high platform performance and reliability
What do you dislike about the product?
Experience so far has been great. They don't lack in anything major capabilities that the competitors might offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Hyper-personalised campaigns: User location based campaigns, Vernacular campaigns, Demographics based campaigns etc. are supported for various use cases of fast-paced growth teams. Hyper personlisation is important as it helps to increase the CTR of the campaigns as leads to better user engagement.
2. User Segment creation for precise targeting: It is easy to target user with segmentation based on past behaviour of users on the app as well as event based campaigns because of multiple features available to target the right set of users. It helps to generate better leads and improve customer acquisition metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
The features and the way it has it product suite developed helps us track most of the omni channel marketing execution at one place, it is easy to implement and integrate customer support, the integrations with external vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to CleverTap being it is little techincal when it comes to ease of use by marketing or non-tech teams, ex: it could be little better by introducing all push templates format without using key vakue pairs

And also ensures all the new features under one SDK without a new SDK implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today it helps me in reaching customers by understanding when are they dropping off and reaching them using right channel, at the right time with right communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Journeys and automations are the best features of CleverTap, along with the integrations. It is easy to use and has excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytical section is not very user-friendly both in terms of interface and ETL.

It resolves our internal communication with our clients through channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and others in a simple and scalable way.

4. We rely on the in-depth analytics and comprehensive report generation based on both live & past data, on a daily basis
5. The client support offered by the team is very reliable & proactive

7. Their new feature that provides a readily exportable report on user engagement across nodes in journeys, making it very convenient for us to monitor metrics on a day to day basis

1. Report automation is slightly rigid as of now
2. Making changes to live journeys in real-time is not supported

Clevertap has helped with implementing, optimizing and maintaining our customer engagement strategies across channels.
The multi-channel journeys allow us to tap customers at different points in their lifecycle as well as their purchase journey, thus helping us bring down our acquisition costs.
All marketing activities are hosted under one umbrella instead of existing in silos

What do you like best about the product?
The Technographics and System Events are helpful for users to track daily metrics on default dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
CleverTap has room for customizability when it comes to data export and implementation techniques for Profile.push for updates. This could avoid profile merges where not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps ion effective tracking and engadgement of the product

What do you like best about the product?
The supporta nd the analysis. Live event tracking and proper funnel observations which helps us to take faster actions
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing that when we add graphs to the board we cannot edit it again. Thats is not a blocker but that makes things little difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting right user at right time and solving their problem. As we get to know real time drop offs this helps us to take quick actions and act on it both for app and campaigns
