We Like in the Push notifications options of Scribe to given a opportunity to make our content to be smarter & with the help of A/B Testing we can use different option of content in a same campaign.

Segment Deletion option should be in a bulk Now we are delete any segment in CT one by one.

Slowness/ Product Lag is one thing that I think should be addressed.
In dashboarding some features are not there.
Lastly, there should be some predefined templates that will help a new business to get started in no time and some custom best-practices templates that can help a company to focus on retention and reduce churn.

While CleverTap is excellent for analytics, the Journey feature could benefit from more advanced functionalities. Enhancing this area would allow for even more sophisticated customer journey mapping and automation, making it a more comprehensive tool for growth marketing.

CleverTap is solving the challenge of understanding user behavior across multiple channels by providing a unified platform for analytics, engagement, and segmentation. This helps me to create highly targeted campaigns, leading to better user retention and increased conversion rates. What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other tools on the market, it's hard to read data for beginners, but with clevertap, it doesn't. Clevertap is easy to read for the beginner, the user experience is also very user-friendly and smooth.
I'm from someone who doesn't know anything about automation marketing to someone who's a smooth user of email marketing, SMS, push apps, inbox apps and, more specifically, all of them automated.
Clevertap's support is very enthusiastic and always supports me when I can't use it.

Although the technological potential is very good, yet advanced parts like AI,.... requires certain expertise to deploy

Our complex cohorts are easily manageable enabling me to reach out the right set of audience at the right time. Keeping in mind the complex backend system an Airline have, it becomes really easy to reach out to the right set of customers for upselling/ cross-selling our ancillary products. Hyper-personalization is easy to achieve.

CleverTap is a fantastic platform offering a range of features including Customer Data & Analytics, Experimentation & Optimization, Personalization, and the ability to create multi-channel campaigns or journeys (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, etc.). Additionally, the local technical support is excellent, and the platform is user-friendly, even for non-professionals.

There isn't much to dislike, but I wish there were more templates available for marketing channels.
