Good Product to retain your existing customers
What do you like best about the product?
Personalization options are there where you can target your audience with a personal touch.
Good customer support.
The customer relation manager is also good, helps in giving market trends, strategies, etc.

In E-Mail drag and drop journey templates are not there. They must pick it up on priority.

We are able to reach out to our customers in a personalized way, which helps us in increasing retention rate.

The inhouse multi channels + integration of webhook apis + the ui + support

Clevertap has a great feature to help us not only store profiles but make journeys to aid engagement, retention and revenue
Clevertap is an amazing tool to leverage the power of your customer data.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Clevertap because it makes it super easy to transform data into actions. Their segmentation and personalization features are top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports are too limited in the number of properties returned, bringing a high number of properties aggregated as "other".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CleverTap is addressing the challenge of understanding user behavior and transforming those insights into actionable strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Clevertap is the way the tool integrates various campaign possibilities across different channels and a very interesting analytics part to analyze the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, situations occur that I don't fully understand, and the native platform support isn't always effective in explaining these events. Additionally, I believe the tool could provide its educational resources with subtitles in Spanish or Portuguese to facilitate learning for all users in Latin America.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clevertap helps me connect with customers through campaigns. With it, I can analyze the user's profile and send campaigns according to their preferences and favorite times, improving the user experience and encouraging more engagement with our application.
Very Helpful for Multichannel Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
This software is good for Multichannel Marketing and Segmentation and Targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is high and requires a good Learning Curve.

This tool is helping us with Multichannel Marketing like email SMS and web Push also, We can Target our audience according to their behaviors. This is also helping us to understand the user journey.
User friendly interface and a Reliable Application
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very user friendly. The customer service is good. No major issues faced, the product is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues encountered as of now. The service is good so they resolve the issues at the earliest.

CT is currently optimising our server space and archiving the old files. This isnhelping our user interface perform better and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
1. CleverTap is absolutely user friendly, even a beginner would be able to navigate through the tool smoothly.
2. It helps us effortlessly manage projects, recieve reports quickly, timely updates on downtime and incredible support from the CSM (Aditya Pethe) and TAM (Avinash Kalani).
3. Constant support and quick turnaround on raised tickets and quick resolutions on queries and issues.
4. Our daily campaigns are carried out via CleverTap and it doesn't require you to head to any other tool since it covers all that you would need for your business.
5. If you would like data to flow in from sources outside your purview, CleverTap will easily implement and integrate it for you.
6. The tool has advanced behavioural segmentation and allows you to map your customers via pivots, funnels etc.
7. Regular check-ins and meet ups with the CSM & TAM to help discover our potential and unlock more possibilities along with them always being available to support with urgent queries.

1. It would be amazing if CleverTap could store more data, especially user behaviour of that goes beyond a year.

We are a global business and we cater to users from across the globe and who display a varied pattern of user behaviour according to the time zone and geography they are in, CleverTap helps us solve for it with super focused campaigns, time gap between campaigns, identify trends and emerging cohorts to target more effectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to CleverTap we have clear segments of customers including RFM options. We can automate communications via various channels to these segments, analyse results with ease and plan our next actions based on user behaviour. All that in one marketing tool.
An excellent tool for marketing automation!

Easy-to-use interface, timely support & assistance, regular feature updates and ease of integration with third-party vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some bugs like filtering options, untimely sign-out, etc.

CleverTap is making customer relationship management very easy to use. It serves a 360 purpose of managing all customer touchpoints one on platform - and thus, gives a complete overview of the mobile app performance. The in-built RFM analysis, Boards, Segmentation helps in seamlessly running retention campaigns.

Customer support, second to none. Product has great features for craet8ng campaigns and journeys.

Nothing as such to dislike. One thing can be improved is that they can have improved feature for survey.
