It is a tool that allows me to know and communicate with my client directly, in a personalized, segmented, and successful way to achieve my goals.

I understand that it's for security, but sometimes the two-factor authentication to log in takes a bit of time

CleverTap helps me with customer engagement and retention by providing advanced segmentation, personalized messaging, and real-time analytics.

Not at the moment. But it will be better if the support team was local.

To be able to visualize in a simple way the behavior of our users in the application and thus take action to increase the usability of our product.

What do you like best about the product?
1. User-friendly interface: Easy to navigate and locate functionalities. Campaign and journey set-up is pretty easy even for beginners
2. Multi-channel options: from email, SMS, push notification, in-platform messaging (web pop-ups, web-native displays etc) to WhatsApp, and more
3. Excellent customer service and fast resolution of issues: Customer support is available 24/7 along with a dedicated account manager who will be available during working hours. Weekly sync with the account manager to discuss any roadblocks or unresolved issues and ensure the platform is used to its maximum potential.
4. Additional quarterly reviews to reflect on the achievements of your business and future scopes.
5. Official WhatsApp Business Service provider: No dependency on third-party WhatsApp Business Service provider.
6. Integrates easily to your website/platform and is quite easy to implement newer channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Technical glitches now and then. However, with an excellent support team, most of these bugs were promptly resolved.
2. Very long time taken to download segments.
3. Individual campaign dashboard doesn't display unique values. User can only see TOTAL numbers all over. For ex: Total views, total clicks, total sent etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
A little slow in loading analytics and segments when the audience pool becomes too big (10M+)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization - Engaging with users who speak tens of different languages and very different in their age,education, business and temperament. CleverTap's personalization engine let us cater to each user in the language they want, in a tone they will like with features/services they will appreciate.
Automation - Automating thousand of communication nodes is quite easy in CleverTap. While the UI is intituitve (and deep) allowing interns to experts to work easily on it, API based campaign creation and modification capabilities are also convinient when it comes to business-as-usual/regular campaigns
Integrations - Integration with both internal and external tools is quite easy and for everything that's not natively integrated, their webhook module works like a charm.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used CleverTap for more than 2 years now, and I think this program is the best way to use for tracking user behavior. Easy to use ex. segment target user, RFM Model or more features that are available to use and support business objectives and Marketing strategies. The last thing that I have to share is CleverTap has a good support team and very helpful if you have any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is too hard to understand for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used CleverTap many Feature such as Marketing Automation, Journey strategies, Segmentation, RFM Model etc. To send all the Promotion Campaing to the right user or interested user to increase revenue / frequency / retention / reactivate on our platform (Application / Website)

- Considering the scale at which they operate, requesting changes/modifications to the product can get a little challenging but that'll seldom be the case

Easy to use & the best platform to connect personalise a customer's Journey
What do you like best about the product?
CleverTap's wide customer segmentations and personalisation options have really changed the way we communicate with our customers. There's significant enhancement in our Marketing Campaigns. We can now access features which involved a lenthgy process, in a click of a button. Demographics, Customer Behaviour and other such use cases have helped us with effective and well targetted push notifications, SMS, In-app campaigns and more. The interface is very user-friendly and not too complicated, so even if someone is new to the platforms they can easily get a hang of it and build robust customer journeys and automation. CleverTap has really helped us save time and send notifications to users at the right time and right platform. Not only implementation but when it comes to analysation, the structure and detailed analysis, allows us to take data driven decisions for future engagements. Recommend CleverTap very strongly for any brand's robust growth and clarity in terms of segmentation and analysis.

- CleverTap is solving the problem of easy customer segmentation in terms of a lot of use cases, one of which I frequently use is customer behaviour. Helps us personalise and communicate with the customers on a more interpersonal level.
- We also take a look at the metrics on a daily basis to decide which should be going forward and what won't be working for us anymore.
- CleverTap also helps with really high teach features like RFM analysis and Predictive segmentation, which helps us deploy the right campaigns and maximise results.

CleverTap has intuitive Analytics system which can be seamless integrated with customer journeys.
System performance is state of the art as customer data and actions are reflected in the system almost instantly.

Documentation and slightly steep learning curve for new users.

We are using CleverTap as Marketing Automation platform and for Mobile Analytics as well. Our Marketing campaigns on CleverTap bring in a significant chunk of revenue. In addition to that, CleverTap analytics help us identify gaps in customer experience, helping us maintain our brand value.

I have been using CleverTap for over 5 years, and it has become the core of our Growth tools. With its multiple available channels, Journeys tool, Intent-Based Segments, and RFM analysis, CleverTap enables us to automate business rules to increase user retention, reactivate inactive users, streamline onboarding for new users, and build loyalty among our best customers.

It remains a platform where heavy reliance on constant developer support is needed to fully leverage its potential. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they expanded the options for predefined templates for In-App banners more frequently.
