Best app for Remote Support

What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using Bomgar for about 1 year now and my IT department loves the program. Being able to log into any computer on our server to fix or help fix issue's. We have a large sales team across the country and this has definitely made life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now i'm not going to say anything. Maybe I've not used it enough to say something isn't right, but it's been an amazing tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to fix sales reps computer from anywhere is definitively solving a lot of problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily connect to remote systems to provide secure support. Can be deployed as physical appliance, virtual appliance, or as hosted virtual appliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide remote support to end users and access unattended machines to perform maintenance

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use best. Bomgar allows you to both work on a computer with another person remotely, while maintaining an open chatroom with that other person. This allows for ease of real-time communication while working on a problem or project. The interface is minimalistic and simplistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are slight delays in mouse movement and chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Bomgar Remote Support to communicate with IT when working with new software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent platform for remote support. Works well, is very simple and easy to use.

Perfect every time

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy, even other people I have had to let them use it when I was not available and although they are not great with tech stuff they were able to follow the simple instructions so they could get remote support. Have used this hundreds of times
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, other than maybe the fact that not everyone uses this for remote support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support, hangs on server, database errors etc

Bomgar and Drop the Mic!

What do you like best about the product?
Bomgar is an amazing IT remote tool. It is way better than any tool that we have tested and used at our service desk. We can remote to any computer and support them in ways other tools cannot such as full control of the computer, access to system information, lists of programs and updates installed, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It helps us with computers on or off our network whether they are domain connected or not. We don't like it, we love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bomgar has changed the way our Service Desk supports our company. You should try it out and see what it can do for you and your company.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use... Connection is easy and getting the user to understand what to do is easy too

There is really nothing I dislike about this software.. Except the people bug you to use it at home when they see how simple it is to connect

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use with our companies employee base. Allows us to jump on to any computer in our network within seconds, chat with the users, control and install and elevate adminstrative rights. Works smoothly even on low bandwidtch connections. Reconnects if there is network interuption.
What do you dislike about the product?
For users we are unable to jump to, it often can be difficult for the end user to understand how to open and launch the software from Edge browser, as often blocked by popups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full customer support for troubleshooting software, installing software and general assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is KACE Integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple does not allow any remote support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most prominent problem Bomgar solved for us is remote support to mobile devices. Bomgar has full control capabilities to Samsung mobile devices which has helped us support our colleagues in the field in scenerios where other tools fall short.

Desktop support for our outlying plants/offices has dramatically improved our efficiently and time usage. Our users are much happier now that we can solve their issues much faster ad with less intervention on their part.

Manageability of our virtual server instance without having to login to the instances has been extremely useful in cases where certain policies make accessibility a challenge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My best recommendation is to purchase the deployment services with the product. Implementation in a time conscious way that gets effective results is nothing short of complicated and unpleasant. The implementation team can get you all the necessary and recommended settings configured right out of the box. They will help you customize the product to fit your needs during implementation, but they will also try to rush through the process. Make them slow down and really dig in with you so you can get a good understanding of the administration side of the appliance right out of the gate because the first time you go to make a change without support it will likely take some time to find what you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can record the sessions is a really good idea and it works on many different platforms too
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring files can sometimes be a little tricky.It would make the remote desktop connectivity a little easier. Otherwise, it's a great product and fits in with our everyday support and makes life a lot easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support to thousands of students that are across 6 sites. We don't have the staff to be everywhere when users are experiencing Desktop issues.This in turn solves the issue straight away rather than having to visit site which takes time and reduces cost too!
