What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy to use software . Even naive person can work on this. Quite nice features like security control , Native 2FA and TLSv1.2.

The best about btrs is sharing files, we can easily share files to users and help them. We can run scripts to save time and quickly resolve the issue. We can transfer session other person if required for help. We can take multiple users on remote to help them.

Nothing as of now. As btrs is user friendly.
