What do you like best about the product?
I have been helped multiple times and this is what I like about BeyondTrust Remote Support. It has uniquely easy UI to go through with ease on integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is litle way too high and I would love if it is lower in cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves of course the remote support.
It solves trying to access your other pc if your'e away from your desktops.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple technicians can join a session simultaneously, with clear role assignments and controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integrations exist (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), deeper native integrations with SIEM and SOAR platforms could be improved for better incident response automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any thing related to access issue.
They are proving remote support . It's really helping us to show the live TS

What do you like best about the product?
The best about btrs is sharing files, we can easily share files to users and help them. We can run scripts to save time and quickly resolve the issue. We can transfer session other person if required for help. We can take multiple users on remote to help them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. As btrs is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking remote sessions. With Btrs we can take multiple users at once and help them quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Remote support work very well for who would like to work remotely and remote work allowing free time and covering even family management and all these people work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislikes currently no negative because campany given lot of opportunities to work remotely

Sometimes system not responding due to lack of internet connection that time customer or client irate.

What do you like best about the product?
user-friendly interface, making it a strong in the remote support applications.

It is a wonderful product so such flaws to report as dislike

This the mostsecure remote access withou a VPN, it supports any device across various platforms, it improves productivity and increases the end user satisfaction. This is the one which contributes to the compliance and security.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Beyond trust approx 3 years in my last compnay and i found this easy to use and multi- functional for remote session.this is useful for all kind of operating system like windows, Android and ios.this is very secure and trustworthy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, i dont have any reason to dislike this software.As per my expereince it works always smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
whenever i face any problem in my comupter or i need to work on end user compuetr, i always used beyondtrust software for remote session that is very easy to connect with end user computer and helps to troubleshoot directly with end user.

Secure and safe connectivity to our users for support and Secure connection for the users using Privileged Access. Also easy Admin and Management and we can control who has access to what systems
