Cost - It can be costly to small businesses who have limited budget

It allows to take remote from the user to support then and provides various features which help in making support easy
robust remote support software
What do you like best about the product?
I like Remote Access Security Controls which provides many safety options like 2fa, robust traffic encryption, password vault, its Jump Technology,is a ease of use that help to access unattended systems on unknown networks without the need for VPN. Intergrated with many services like (LDAPS, Kerberos, Smart Card, RADIUS) is ease of implementaion and make easy to work all around. Its customer support is 15-20 mins on a ticket raised.

I don't dislike it at all. It have all features

while using other remote softwares i faced latency issues , they disconnect many times , which i dont faced in Beyond Trust Remote support.

This is an easy to use software . Even naive person can work on this. Quite nice features like security control , Native 2FA and TLSv1.2.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple remote tools but never got functions like beyond trust as it has flexiblity to take remote through multiple system like I can add anybody while I'm working on system. However, in others it is not possible to add someone. Also this tool is easy to find machines and managing assets.

Nothing in dislike but yes I can say pretty hard to login for first time.

Easy to take assets details. It was easy to have a full details of machine in single click on product.

It's easy to use on Prem or cloud machines without the need of VPN.

As of I don't see any downsides of using it.

By using this tool we can easily take remote of end user devices and on Prem machines without using extra configuration of vpn accounts.It really helps without any managing anything.
