Solid Product with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
We use the cloud based BTRS and being able to support our customer base from anywhere provides exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the system for over five years has exposed no true weaknesses other than maybe a very large set of options that may not be fully utilized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We support a large base of medical imaging systems and this system simplifies connection and file transfers.
Remote support for the win
What do you like best about the product?
With Bomgar Remote support, you can provide support on Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux, and Android. This tool has been a critical save for more remote employees. The ability to do a remote session with a phone and access the camera to see what the user sees is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial buy in and license cost can be steep, however once in the system you appreciate all of the tools. I do wish that the admin config side had more helper tips for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support on managed and non-managed machines without leaving a huge footprint. Having the end user see that the client is removed at the end of the session gives them comfort knowing "big brother" is not watching after getting help.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use with so many features while controlling a remote PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
While in remote access of the PC, pushing the user for admin elevation is a bit time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of taking remote access of the end user's PC without any issues.
Highly flexible and effiecient remote support platform
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customisable remote support tool that works well with multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). We have enabled SSO so technicians login to the console with their AD credentials. We have also integrated the product with Microsoft Teams. New features are being added all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using SSO to login to the console requires a download to be executed from the browser. Sometimes there are issues with this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to all platforms in our environment (Windows, Mac, iOS and Android). Product has been customised to meet our security standards. Product can be integrated with 3rd party products such as Microsoft Teams.
One of the best remote support tools available
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best remote tools available today. Ability to view all monitors, tries reconnecting when disconnected (like when asked to connect to VPN), both admin and non-admin shortcuts in menu bar, easy to find user's machine with internal list/db.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is the cost for the product. Otherwise, it meets or exceeds my expectations.

Service Desk personnel needs to support remote users and this has solved our needs for a cross-platform and dependable remote support application.

What do you like best about the product?
BeyondTrust Remote Support works with various platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Macs, mobile devices, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't documentation on what MacOS users see when they are prompted for different permissions, so you have to make your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an educational institution, our IT department works to support both employees and students. This software allows us to support both our employees and student devices remotely.
Great product, very good experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability allows you to elevate privileges directly from the console session. Also great, it can carry a session over a reboot! Also, like on macOS, it gives the user meaningful instructions on how to approve all the user based settings to allow full control.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some inconsistency with different peripherals where sometimes it will not detect keyboard inputs or will think a key is being held. Usually can be fixed by hitting shift, tab, or any other command key and then trying to type .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing remote support to users who are remote and not in office. It also is allowing us to elevate certain tasks without providing the end user with any administrative access.
Very easy to use, and a lightweight appliance that you don't have to install on hardware.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I don't have to install it on individual equipment is a huge bonus for me. All the employee has to do is download a small file and grant us permissions, and you're good to go. The interface is great, and it is easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, it really is just cost and available options. The software is a little bit dated, and the fact that we only have one license, it can be a bit frustrating to manage sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Travel time, time management, and ease of use significantly speed my day up so that I can focus on more significant projects. Not to mention the lightweight appliance and not needing to install the client on individual hardware.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how robust and stable the platform is and how easy to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some challenges with bulk management of local accounts via Jumpoint. We found a lack of ability to schedule bulk account imports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had the topic of PAM solution come up on Cyber Security and rolled it out to meet these requirements
Full Featured Remote Assistance Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of features/customization makes assisting groups with different requirements/needs successful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve, but they offer great documentation and training/workshops to help with the learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to support clients/customers in multiple geographic locations. This allows us to support more people from a central location.
