What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Layout with unattended access for computers that need remote support
Time lock outs for agents are a great way for us to keep unauthorized access from our clients

What do you dislike about the product?
a user key is used for each agent logged into the BT Remote support app, not going off active sessions instead.
Causes a lot of log in log out, changing this to active sessions would be very helpful to us

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to use and easy to manage remote application support for our offsite users and facilities. Also protected within its own environment to prevent easy use for anyone with the program

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to remotely connect to any device on our network has enabled our team to be more efficient and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, and the initial setup and Azure integration took some time to perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are confident that access to sensitive data is protected and only made available for pertinent users.
Remote Support gets the job done when needed
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it to remote support both Windows and Mac devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Remote Support is laggy. Also, it isn't exactly user friendly the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us connect with our remote users and solve their problems without being in person. Sometimes going through issues on Bomgar is the easiest solution when a user is having issues.
Remote software with more than expected features
What do you like best about the product?
The service has several expected features for remote software and more than a few that hide behind their menus. While the interface design could be better, the number of options for connecting and controlling a user's device are numerous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their user interface is sorely lacking and has many buttons that lead to the same place, if they had a cleaner more modern design they would be able to seem less complicated, because the software is quite simple to use once you understand it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remoting desktop controlling for users across hundreds of miles, and solving their technical problems that arise without having to be there physically. Many problems are solvable in minutes instead of hours.

Management of anything in bulk is not possible.

BeyondTrust Remote Support offers pre-build integrations for the leading service desk, CRM, and systems management solutions. Additionally, custom integration capabilities allow you to fold Remote Support into in-house systems.
Easy to use and the best way to facilitate troubleshooting
What do you like best about the product?
Screenrecording is so great to help troubleshooter level 1. They can easily send link of the video to other support level.
What do you dislike about the product?
use of beyond trust integration client is not "easy" to retrieve data and video. One interface is required (to be developped) to find quickly data, video, users..

Beyond trust is one of the Best Remote Support Software
What do you like best about the product?
I'm using the BeyondTrust Software and it is easy to connect to the Client's computer with a link or session key. I mostly like the elevation access in beyond trust. Best part is easy to transfer the session or invite someone in the current session.
What do you dislike about the product?
After rebooting the computer It does not always reconnect properly, sometimes it went to offline and never comes back online I have to create a new session

Efficient Remote access and support tool
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the best from BeyondTrust Remote support(formely Bomgar) is the screen sharing with taking control of the screen to support customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The executable needs to install whenever the customers need remote support, as when the session ends, the installed Bomgar is uninstalled. I do not know if there is any custom feature to avoid the uninstallation of the tool after the remote support session is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many applications in use by our customers for which they need support on how to use. This support requires remote access to see what the customer need is. We establish a remote access session with the customers using the Bomgar tool where we can see their screen and assist precisely to the customer's requirement.

An efficient tool that we can rely on remote access and support requirements. This tool helps to address customer needs precisely by utilizing remote access looking into their screen to solve the customer's need.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about BeyondTrust Remote Support is that IT staff can communicate with employees about the status of their requests and any questions they have. This open line of communication and real-time delivery of notifications helps ease frustration caused by IT issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about BeyondTrust Remote Support is that the interface doesn't allow you to see IT, representatives that are online and available to help. It would be especially helpful to know if the representative who has been assigned to your issue/ticket is online to help trouble shoot in live time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a non-IT employee at my remote-based organization, BeyondTrust Remote Support allows me to access organization IT experts easily that can solve any issues that arise. The software enables IT issues to be resolved almost solely remotely, easing the travel or mailing burden and cost on the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
BeyondTrust Remote Support is an easy to use platform to resolve IT issues with efficiency. You do have to have a good IT staff in place, but this platform will enhance their impact.
User friendly software for Remote Support.
What do you like best about the product?
I provide support to customers through this software which works as a connecting bridge for me and my customer. I have to Provide steps sometimes for the customers to get the work done even I was connected with Bomgar. Bomgar allows me to chat with the customer and provide support at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Bomgar has issues when the connectivity is a bit weak sometimes. It is critical if we have connectivity issues when we are on a session with the customer. Customers will not be able to understand the problems which we are facing and will right away ask for the fix. It makes the situation worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing the customer's device and updating it is our main course of the job. Using Bomgar, it is more manageable for us to do our job on time precisely.
