What do you like best about the product?
Blue Triangle's ability to record, capture, display, and provided a mechanism to dissect real-user traffic is instrumental in highlighting areas for opportunity for overall site improvement from the codebase, customer experience, and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Triangle's toolset is robust, beyond just real-user monitoring. Hence, any opportunity to use tool-tips, provide overviews, and best practices within the UI would be beneficial. This will help ease the initial adoption for some of the non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used the real-user monitoring to look into a variety of topics, such as; bounce rates, top converting paths, campaign journey flows, revenue opportunities for tag governance, and CSP implementation to name a few.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start a dialogue now. You won't be disappointed!

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty much any web insight is available some way. Incredible support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal can be clunky at times to get the right view. Takes a high learning curve as a result. There is room to improve some QOL areas. To their credit, they are incredibly responsive and accepting of our recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are analyzing RUM for our site to understand the opportunity areas for speed optimization.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Triangle has the most cutting edge, in-depth analytics around page performance impacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is opportunity to improve the portal to make certain types of data easier to find, slice and dice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify the business impact of slow page load times, and then drill into specific areas contributing to these issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider a trial of the product to identify which pages on your site may be contributing the most to lost revenue due to slow page load times.

Almost everything I could ask for in amonitoring product!

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get both high level and detailed aggregate data across a large time frame. The Comparison ability is currently unmatched in all the monitoring products I have tested. Development and marketing teams are very responsive to issues and feature requests I bring up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently have not implemented synthetic Time To Interactive. Comparison chart hard to read / present due to sorting based on change percentage instead of by actual time shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Couldn't live without this product for tracking page trends and comparison to competitors. Have been able to reduce homepage page onload time by 3(!!) seconds in 6 months! Also great for tracking third party tagging presence and impact on our site performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it for the cost involved! Easily make back the revenue due to smart targeting and ROI determination for performance improvements!

What do you like best about the product?
ease of usability, timely updates to the portal, the feature road map always seems to have the end user and real use cases in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that this tool has the potential to be a complete platform and that can only be accomplished by adding the APM features. BTT has done a great job of filling the needs but lacks the connection throughout our infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tag Governance -- in a world were tagging is almost negligent, BTT has done a great job of visualizing and completing that with a governance module that really works to protect our sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with the revenue analysis and address the issues there first. BTT will give you the data you are missing to address the areas that most impact the bottom line.

What do you like best about the product?
BTT is very responsive to our business requirements and proactive with providing solutions that gives us valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool can be slow. I not sure if this is due to data collection or integration with the cloud that it's hosted on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collect RUM data an do deep dives into it.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Triangle is giving us the visibility our business needs to move fast and confident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tag management is difficult to catch offending tags and domains. It creates a lot of data, and sometimes the reports are slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we followed Blue Triangle's advice conversion increased just like the tool predicted.

Fantastic Experience with BTT and the Services Team

What do you like best about the product?
The data in the platform is incredibly detailed to show performance of our site for both synthetic and real user monitoring, in addition to our business and revenue opportunities. In addition to the data, we have custom alerts set up to identify any anomalies in performance so if there is an error we are able to quickly identify the impact and work on a resolution.

The BTT team has also been great to work with as they regularly identify areas for opportunity in the platform and have provided our team with insights that we have been able to pass along to our team and 3rd party partners to make optimizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features we don't have the ability to use yet, which is available in other tools/applications our team uses is the ability to compare multiple date ranges for an analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are resolving performance issues, making site speed optimizations based on findings related to our site's resources & objects, as well as any 3rd party resources and optimizations.

Extremely Detailed and Easy To Use Site Monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail is exceptional. When you need to find something, it's bound to be available in the Blue Triangle platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many reports and it can be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing load time and reorganizing the tags on our site. We are also working with Blue Triangle to look at our 3rd party scripts to understand who is slowing our site down. We can then share the information with our 3rd parties and they are able to make changes.
