What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use has been great. New finance folks are able to quickly ramp up and understand how to use the tool. Reporting is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test environment are sub par. There is no way to fully test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to release new products much easier with Zuora.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated invoicing, customer self-service capability
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems difficult to manually fix subscriptions if input error (e.g., wrong contract effective date, wrong seat add/removal).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated invoicing, tax calculations, dunning emails is saving time for our billing and support teams
Zuora is intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a new Zuora user and I've bee thrilled with how intuitive it is and easy to use. There are lots of great resources to help you lean the platform, and the core characteristics are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the search function to be able to find any type of item (account, invoice, etc.) from the main page, instead of having to click on the different sections first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zuora is great at organizing and categorizing our billing
Zuora is a powerful but not always intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do billing, reporting, and payments all within one software and ability to create custom reports on an ad-hoc or recurring basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zuora isn't always very intuitive and performing the same task in different ways can result in different/undesired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a problem of some business units being housed in in-house systems and others in Zuora. Now trying to bring all our various business units (currently about 8) in one billing system, of which migration is a difficult and tenuous process.

The inability to change currency on the account when it's been set.

Flexible, Powerful and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very Flexible to configure and get up and running fast. Zuora supports most of the charge and billing models of the subscription industry pretty much out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
More consultative approach to educate customers will be much appreciated

We have created our subscription business model using Zuora.

user friendly, easy to navigate, good knowledge center. i was able to learn how to navigate and find some information by learning it myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
can improve on some notification to customers for example will be nice to include the invoice on the notification of unpaid invoices.

Support, true up and promocode apps are not generic and faulty

debugging and app updates are faulty. have many issues as we increase our subscription revenues.

offering our cloud products to the customers. payment gatekway integration.
Robust software, new features are super promising!
What do you like best about the product?
The new suite of services (such as workflows and data query) look to be super promising and I hope that they will allow us to streamline our business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic things we'd like to do aren't built in features yet. Such as placing an exchange rate on an invoice without having to use their one offered solution (very pricey).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a subscription environment, so Zuora has been key to us allowing our customers to provision and onboard to the platform as quickly as possible, while also allowing for dynamic use charges (by unit, per usage, etc) so that our customers have more flexibility in their choices.
