Improved data workflows have revealed gaps while pipeline automation has boosted revenue growth

What is our primary use case?

Openprise serves as our main RevOps automation solution, providing us with an end-to-end solution that helps us seamlessly connect the entire process from opportunity creation until final delivery within our executive search business. It has significantly improved visibility and control of our operations. Openprise is also helping us by offering personalized pipeline status, allowing our team to track each stage of growth or delivery with considerable precision.

Openprise provides us with a split pipeline structure that has been particularly beneficial as it enables us to manage our business development and project delivery in parallel. This ensures that no opportunities are lost and outcomes are delivered efficiently.

What is most valuable?

Openprise offers multiple features that I appreciate, but one of the major features I love is the no-code workflow automation for data onboarding, cleaning, deduplication, and standardization. Openprise also comes with 300+ pre-built integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and Snowflake, which helps us integrate things properly. Additionally, it works with AI-driven data enrichment and validation, which adds a layer of referential integrity.

The AI-driven data enrichment and validation in Openprise have helped our team by refining data in one place and searching it, making visibility much greater through cleaning, deduplication, and standardization of the data flow. Openprise provides centralized data quality regardless of what tech stack we are using, which is very positive. It also provides real-time sync and task automation for marketing and sales.

Openprise has positively impacted our organization as we have seen a very good return on investment over three years. In our case, data error reduction was achieved by 77.7%. Apart from that, it has improved our forecast accuracy by 47.5%. Moreover, it has also helped us in sales by providing a productivity boost of 32.3%. Additionally, marketing lead revenue increased by 61%.

What needs improvement?

Some advanced features of Openprise can be advanced for non-technical people, as advanced features overwhelm beginners, particularly guided onboarding wizards, which could be improved. Additionally, API quota management for high volumes can hit sync limits, so built-in bulk API optimization could address this concern.

Scalability is something that may be a problem with Openprise.

I have been using Openprise for almost three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Openprise is stable, and we did not encounter any bugs or defects while using it.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of Openprise is somewhat challenging. Whenever there is high volume, it may be unstable sometimes. Scalability can be improved by building in bulk API optimization in the right direction.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support of Openprise has provided us exceptional quality; I would give it a 10 out of 10.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We were not using any alternative before Openprise, but we evaluated some options such as Syncari, LeanData, and RevOps.io.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment of Openprise in our environment was easy and does not require anything very technical, although our team was ready for that. Our team completed all setup within three days.

In terms of the configuration process, we had some challenges. Custom integration for niche tools required support from Openprise. Additionally, the OAuth setup for Salesforce demands service account permissions, which we faced initially.

What about the implementation team?

Our team consistently demonstrates a strong can-do attitude with Openprise and shows genuine determination to resolve every challenge or pain point. Rather than offering generic fixes, they take time to understand our specific business needs and tailor the approach accordingly. They are also open to feedback, actively listen, adapt quickly, and continuously refine their methods to deliver the best possible outcome.

What was our ROI?

I have definitely seen a return on investment with Openprise, as we have experienced a boost in sales productivity by 33%, and marketing lead revenue increased by 61%.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Openprise provides custom enterprise focus, typically around $995 a month for basic implementations. When we go for advanced options and if the number of users is more, it can go up to $5,000 to $15,000 a month for a mid-sized business. It comes with contract-based billing, which presents no problem.

The productivity boost from Openprise has changed our team's day-to-day work as the centralized sync of data and workflow automations have unified the processes and helped us in lead generation. The sales team was able to allocate more time, which resulted in a productivity boost of 10% to 20%. Openprise features have definitely helped us positively.

My advice for others looking into Openprise is that anyone seeking proper RevOps solutions that emphasize value realization through proof of concept success and making it simple should definitely consider it. It is suitable for agile organizations or waterfall organizations through RevOps transformation.

Openprise works well with all sources, whether AWS or Azure, and we have not encountered any problems.

In terms of the procurement process, it was easy for us and involved a structured enterprise sales process focused on the RevOps team and IT leaders. The proof of concept with actual data sources helped validate workflows, data quality, and ROI metrics.

Openprise is a great solution that has definitely transformed our sales funnels. I gave this review a rating of four out of five.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong Database and storage modules and flexible options to arrive at different and complex lead routing methods
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be made better for navigation and configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Openprise helps to automate lead routing in enterprise companies dealing with higher volume of leads from different sources of marketing and assign them to sales teams distributed across geography, segment and business units.

Great Tool, Even Better Implementation and Support Teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Openprise solves a considerable chunk of our data problem, from duplicates to list loading. I like that we can have one robust tool to solve those problems and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think that the website/app portal can be a bit overwhelming. There are many features within Openprise that are not available to us based on the package we chose, which is totally fine, but I feel like they are still there and are just cluttering the space. Between the website and the app portal, it can get overwhelming, especially for new clients like us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few data issues that we wanted to address with Openprise. The biggest issue was the list loading process that took us days to validate and load to Salesforce. We lose time and urgency when reaching out to valuable leads. With Openprise, we're able to automate most of the validation and even harness our own data to enhance and deduplicate. Now it takes us a few hours, or a day at most, to do the process. We're still finetuning the process based on our needs which is another thing that's good about Openprise! They listen and work with you on the problems you want to solve and are there for you along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Openprise is data orchestration at its finest. Openprise provides mutliple facets of improvement to our data. We've used the system to cleanse, gauge the health, create an Eloqua audit log, automate processes, fill data gaps, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is that there is a steep experience curve. The good news is that you work with a crackerjack team that will patiently train and guide you while you learn and become independent in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: junk data, gaps in data, no Eloqua audit log

Benefits: enriched data that lead to quicker lead creation, automated processes which also lead to speedier lead creation, improved contact to account linkage

Take a good look at your data and ask yourself, "can this be better?" Odds are, your answer is "absolutely." Pull together use cases of what you want to improve and challenge Openprise to provide a solution on how they'd solve the problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down it's the support team. They are not only knowledgeable about their platform and capabilities, but they have invested the time to learn our systems, processes, and goals. I can bring them any problem I need to solve and they will provide several options on how to approach it. I consider my Openprise team as an extension of our team, not a vendor. The platform itself is extremely flexible, allowing us to use it for multiple scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've experienced is that any changes that we need to be made to a job, we have to submit a request for. We can not log in and make a change ourselves. But since our support team is amazing this is really not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Openprise for dozens of jobs that wouldn't be possible if we needed to build and run in SFDC. We can get a lot accomplished without bogging down our SFDC instance. Openprise does a lot of our heavy lifting.

Best Data Management/Automation Software Around

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of the tool are its best selling point. There is simply nothing it cannot edit/update/automate within large-scale SFDC databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit rough. However, their support team is incredible and makes defining criteria/setting up jobs a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management/automation & streamlining processes. The biggest benfit realized is simplifying the lead routing process.

Message to Enterprise Application Leaders and the Office of the Chief Architect:

Think of OpenPrise as an enabler for over 50 to 100 capabilities that the enterprise will have to build through the various stages of growth such as Lead Management or Partner Management. Don’t be stuck in the mud and unable to build capabilites and/or arm your lines of business with answers to some of their most pressing questions:

1/ How many partners have gone through our technical training and of those partners, what is the total ARR over the last 3 years? And how much MDF have we disbursed to them over the same time period?

2/ What’s the best performing sales patch by zip code and how much marketing spend allocated to that zip code?

OpenPrise can help you answer these questions and much, much more

Tech Debt
I know OpenPrise offers powerful set of capabilities for Marketing teams for lead orchestration and data deduplication but it can help you reduce tech debt: Identify leads, contacts, accounts with any conditions so you can make decision to purge or keep; reduce the size of your data and notice and improve performance of your CRM by eliminating run time errors.

M&A / Org Merge / Split Orgs
Route all data through OpenPrise , filter and match, then push it to where you need it to go. I wish I had this when I did a Salesforce org merge in 2019. That project nearly killed me!

Build Highly Differentiated Capabilities
Use OpenPrise to call a lead real time. Yes, you heard that right. When a lead is sent to you, auto-dial the prospect. If you can imagine it, OpenPrise can help you build it.

Don’t let your App stack be the anchor holding you back from awesome-ness. Be agile or your competitors will. Get OpenPrise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like for our internal power users to be the primary people configuring OpenPrise. They currently rely on OpenPrise to do the rule building and other configuration work. OpenPrise should consider making the UI/UX easier for marketing and other power users to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Management:
1. Ingest leads

Tech Debt Redux / Transaction velocity
1. Salesforce Performance: reduce Salesforce database size by identifying leads, contacts that should be purged or merged to improve time to process transactions
2. Reduce Marketo TCO: schedule recurring purge and merge activity to reduce Marketo database size to meet database size limits each QTR

You may have an immediate itch you need to scratch: lead routing, data de-duplication but know that after your scratch that itch, OpenPrise can help you continue to build new, highly differentiated capabilities for different parts of the Enterprise - so don't be nearsighted. think bigger than the fire of the day.

OneStop Data Orchestration Wonder !!

What do you like best about the product?
Openprise definitely helps to take away a lot of load from the destination system and has a lot of computation/data orchestration power !!! For data manipulation solutions whether in Salesforce or any system we tend to think the Openprise way if it does not have to be synchronous.
What do you dislike about the product?
noting to dislike but Would like to see more
- controls over data sorting feature before sending updates /
- have direct filter for source data pull such as salesforce /
- controlling the data updates in batches
- to have more of ITstakeholders onboard, need to have governance / error handling features for the jobs & bots
