A critical data platform to scale our business

What do you like best about the product?
1) The people - approachable, knowledgeable, always willing to help
2) Single platform to aggregate data that is scalable
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but with they had more offering of services - in particular performing analytics. Given our growth rate, we are often short handed on people who can analyze the data and draw insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a midsize company trying to grow 2x in the next 5 years. This is a big challenge and we realized as a business we can’t get there without being a first-rate organization at leveraging data. We have partnered with Openprise to do just that.

Openprise is helping us to deploy a next-generation agile data orchestration platform so we can aggregate our point-of-sales data, operational data, forecast data, product review data, and more, all in one agile platform. Most importantly, this is a platform our operations team can use with minimal technical help and without the need to write a single line of code, so we can keep pace with all the changes of our growing company.

This is a SaaS service, so we don’t have to think about architecting a scalable platform ourselves. With this data platform we are able to bring all these disparate data together from our retail, channel, and logistic partners. The platform aggregates, cleans, standardizes, and enrich all these different data. Having this high quality data at our fingertips means our team can perform deep analysis to better understand how our business and operation with confidence. Openprise is an essential part of our data infrastructure that is enabling our company to meet our growth target.

Beyond having an easy-to-use and scalable product, what’s even better is Openprise’s customer success team. They are responsive and always ready to help. Openprise is more than just a software vendor to us, but a great technology partner!

Great tool with a great team

What do you like best about the product?
- Features. I have used Openprise for the past 3 years and the feature set has increased dramatically since then - new integrations, connectors, data sources etc.
- Support. The team knows the product and space. They are capable of designing a solution that addresses any need
- Communication style. The team is very much open to feedback as well as any other product related communications. Being marketing operations focused, they are willing to explore anything that will help current/future customers
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any relatively young company, there are growing pains. We have gone through periods where reliability suffered a bit, however, most of the issues have been addressed since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Openprise was an ETL tool for us. In a nutshell, it allowed us to take data from various sources, process it and deliver an output. There are many applications of this process - it could be list load processing, scoring, data enrichment etc. The tool allowed us to reduce dependency on IT and move a lot of relatively technical operations back to marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to the team. If you are even considering the tool, they will most likely be able to provide a solution for you.

A must-have for data management and orchestration

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super versatile, allowing you to clean, dedupe, standardize, and visualize your data quickly and easily. They’ve changed the game for data management. And their customer success team is great - they really invested in helping us get properly set up to ensure we were getting the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve for the platform (as with most softwares) but our account manager did an excellent job at training and enabling us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Openprise to aggregate, standardize, clean, dedupe, and even visualize our data. It sounds like a lot to get out of one platform, but it's true. Openprise has helped us improve our data cleanliness and usability, which improves targeting and segmentation for all our campaigns. The business benefits from a tool like this are numerous.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, Analysing bigger project into small batches & validating at each & every step.
Some of the best platform to work on multiple jobs, such as dedupe, List cleansing, List enrichment, Attribution, Account matching, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Openprise doesn't have write/edit access for google spreadsheet. Has limitations with lookup values, Sometimes time-consuming is more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List upload, Data mining, Enhancing the quality of data from 3rd party database enrichment.
You automate the manual process via Openprise Platform & can look for the other task & operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I would recommend any organizations to use the Openprise platform.

What do you like best about the product?
They are best in Automation like list upload, List enrichment, Dedupe, tagging Lead/Contact Persona, Job Role, Job Function, theater, region, Matching Lead and Account names, Updating valid Phone numbers format as per country, Standard country, State and Cleaning company names, cleaning of Email and domains and many more...

The Openprise team is highly knowledgeable, Friendly and most active for any support.

They have to improve the process speed and matching criteria of names Also, they would make changes for us according to our need and make life easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which you can automate, execute new processes and the excellent support they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface design (just takes a little more time for new users)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS workflows using API factory, Deduplication, Data Normalization, Data Integration and much more

Key benefit is the amount of time (a lot) we saved by automating our manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Openprise is an essential partner for the Nutanix Marketing Operations team. We trust Openprise to perform our most crucial and sensitive data management processes. Thanks to their willingness to think outside the box and the realm of perceived possibility, our data is cleaner than ever and our processes are tightly automated. Since working with Openprise, we have saved our team countless hours of manual work by fine-tuning a new list upload method, a duplicate management process, ongoing tagging exercises, and more. The support team is attentive, proactive, and they tackle every challenge with a can-do attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very pleased with Openprise, but I think that the platform UI is intuitive or user friendly. I rely heavily on our support team to help us navigate the system, and often they make changes for us rather than us making them ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few examples of how we use Openprise:
- Tagging Lead/Contact Persona, Job Role, etc: we leverage Openprise to tag our leads and contacts with additional details that we use to determine lead/contact quality for sales.
- List Upload Process: Openprise hosts our custom list upload process that saves our team time previously spent formatting lists and manually enriching data.
- Duplicate Management: Openprise takes our merge criteria and applies it to our SFDC instance daily. We've seen a dramatic decrease of duplicates in our system.

What do you like best about the product?
They are best in automating many processes like upload, de-dup and enrichment and happy to work with them on a couple of projects. Give your visualisation or idea to them and they will make your life easy! I would definitely recommend to another team to make their life easy. The team is very cooperative and always ready to help in odd hours.
Few Example: We have saved our team manual work by new list upload method, a duplicate management process, tagging exercise. The support team is attentive, proactive, and they tackle every challenge with a can-do attitude.
The Openprise team is highly knowledgeable and they have Key Account Manager, you're more than likely to work closely with many other people on their team. Even, Ed (Company CEO) takes on next level when we face any issue and help us to get it done at earliest!

Best part, simultaneously multiple projects are running and helped us to make our life easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The detailed pipeline is good to have but we have full trust in our team to make more interactive UI.
Also, they would make changes for us according to our need and make life easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Openprise has been nothing short of amazing. I can't think of any one thing I like best, because everything they have brought to the table, offer, and solve for has been world-class and improved our data normalization, enrichment, and aggregation 10 fold. They even created a custom solution for a request we put in within days. Not weeks. Not months. DAYS. Their hands on support for you and your team while learning and building is unmatched compared to any other company in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, there is not a single component of working with Openprise that I can say I dislike. Literally no complaints whatsoever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made leaps and bounds in normalizing, enriching, and aggregating our data, as mentioned before, and with that, been able to better target audiences and optimize our campaigns for increased performance, for one.

Process Automation and Data Clean up at its finest

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the knowledge the Openprise team has is amazing and their support is very efficient. Furthermore, they are very collaborative when it comes finding a solution that works for us. Every time our team has reached out to OP with a new task/project they were able to deliver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have any dislikes about Openprise. Any issues or road blocks were handled by the support team. The support and knowledge of the team is top notch!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a lot of issues standardizing lead information such as phone numbers and states. Openprise's Data Cleanse process has improved our lead routing tremendously. We also like to use them to enrich our leads with Theater, Region and sub regions by using matched lead to accounts function. We can now route leads based of lead region/subregion with confidence instead of having to list out all the geo information in our lead routing logic.

If you are facing a lot of manual data cleaning I would highly recommend taking a look at Openprise.
