Enhancing the customer behaviour and increasing business oppurtunities
What do you like best about the product?
Moengage provides user segmentation, by using this we can engage customer from multiple channels, we can analyse the customer data for further steps for marketing, it is easy to use for anyone more over the CSM is also good, we are using it on daily bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is little difficult to implement and comapared to other tools it is little expencive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using the customer behaviour data, we can target customers by sending notifications and mails, we can create cusmized dashboards to analyze the large amount of data.

My experience was good using Moengage
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and was helpfull to create a dashboards and segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing to dislike Moengage, had nice experience.

To target the mulptiple Target users, it was so helphul.
It was delightful to use moengage for our business by getting more customers.

Not dislikeing MoEngage all Good, everything is perfect.

solved the problem of sending bulk mail to users, by Push Notifications we can send bulk mails and a good leads.
Using Moengage was so helpful reach our business in reaching out to our Customers.

To create a multiple Campagins and crating Segment mails to our useres , also it soo easy to craete a Dashboards and get detailed Reports of campaign and Users

There is nothing to dislikeing the MoEngage, this tool is so user frendely.

Everything is good .But it is a bit expensive and customisation can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
We can build customized dashboards in a very user friendly interface and can access data from multiple sources seamlessly. And a great customer support team to handle our queries regarding the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cost of subscription is bit expensive to use in startups. If they had any basic plans for startups it would be more helpful.

Marketing about our product was a major problem in our company but with MoEngage marketing became easier. We have gained so many new leads after we started using MoEngage and also we had some issues with email transfering in the beginning which was also solved.
