- Multichannel support like SMS/WhatsApp/Email
- Segments creation is very easy through ingestion of attributes as well as events

- Slow customer support in case of issues
- Report format inconsistencies which causes issue in data ingestion in database

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage has helped solve the Segmentation issue and configuration of tailored campaigns for the userbase. It has enabled to track the entire user journey on the app through events as well as track the comms performance through numerous filters and cuts across features.

The cost is higher than other CRM alternatives which is a negaitve point

The limit on number of events that can be tracked depending on the plan is limiting in many aspects.

MoEngage helps us do A/B test on the communications we send to the users and also enables us to do various experiments, analyse the user behaviour and many more on the customer engagement front.
