Insights are the bread and butter for any magic to happen in industry. Better the insights , better can be the planning.

We can duplicate campaign and easily copy app push content to web push.

Some time push notification delivered to very less audience segment

We have personalised our message according to user name or location and this lead us to get more engagement. or i can say that CTR is good in personalize message notification.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I have liked about MoEngage is the ability to set up very very complex flows involving multiple iterations and check, time delays, conditional splits etc. Moreover, the Intelligent Optimiser feature has often helped me set up A/B tests without having a clear idea of how to categorise a user as a test group or control group user. Some of the service providers that we use for SMS, WAP and Email have a native integration with MoEngage, which further simplifies our problem of tracking data points related to performance of communication campaigns. Their support team is also very active once we reach out to them clearly with screenshots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use MoEngage everyday and have seen that the challenges that I have faced with MoEngage are very trivial. One such use-case where I felt that MoEngage could do better was that it has no UI for setting up chatbot flows for WhatsApp. Similarly, there is no option of integrating IVR campaign data with WhatsApp and SMS in flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's entire outbound communication flow is served through MoEngage, be it bulk-reachout to prospective customers or engaging our existing customers. Even generation of campaign reports, identifying target segments, analysing product feature data -- everything is done by our team on MoEngage.

Limited Reach through App push notification.

Difficulty in using DPM(Dyanamic product messaging) feature as it require little bit of coding skill.

Moengage is helping in successfully managing our rentention campaign. We can send both app and web push notification through single campaign.

The best thing I liked about Moengage is that we can create a segment,then run campaign on that same segment and then analyze the same results using its advance features

The 2 things I didn't like about Moengage was first sometimes I felt the dashboard was little slow which delayed campaigns and second that many of the features are paid

Moengage is a great tool for marketers to engage their customers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that how easy it is in Moengage to send emails , push and on-site to the customers. One more thing that i like is that moenage enable me to analyze data of my campaigns.

One thing i dislike about moengage is that there is very less personalization on the platform. Also i found that sometimes data is not correctly mapped .

One problem that moengage solved for me in my job was that it enabled me to create journeys for my users.It has benefitted me as i can also download and analyze data of the journey.

Some features were paid and some of them were complex to use as a intern when I used to work at BqPrime
