What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating campaigns and multiple templates to choose from is really attractive on MoEngage
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on number of events that can be tracked depending on the plan is limiting in many aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps us do A/B test on the communications we send to the users and also enables us to do various experiments, analyse the user behaviour and many more on the customer engagement front.

I didn't find anything to dislike apart from some features which I felt could be included in the standard package only

Latest features availability with regard to Android version updates and ios updates. Customer Success helps proactively in resolving all the issues.

Sometimes, data tracking and duplicity caused a high MTU, which resulted in an increased invoice amount.
