Good product with great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using their dashboard and the analytical data they provide. Good Relationship managers

Couple of limitation on the amount of data that can be transferred to their system.

Used to send push notfication to users which in turn keeps our DAU high.

Moengage is one of the top crm platforms which has almost every feature ranging from segmentation to analytics

I feel that sometime the customers support is slightly hard to reach and non supportive otherwise things are good

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helps me in day-to-day campaign and marketing activities and then I can analyze and improve my performance also. It is a complete CRM portal.

I think some features are complicated to use and overall the pricing is higher than other competitors.

The learning curve for MoEngage can be steep, especially for those who don't have experience in marketing automation. With the many documentation and resources available, some users find it challenging to get up to speed.

Through MoEngage we will be able to move out of the manual process of selecting customers and sending out the communication for each part of the journey. MoEngage simplifies this process for us and we will only use one platform for all our communication.
