Easier to communicate and reach our target customers with MoEngage
What do you like best about the product?
Our campaigns are easier to set up and reasonable assistance comes from the MoEngage team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our concerns took a while to resolve, but the team persisted in ensuring these issues were addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing campaign automation, customer engagement, and retention campaigns are just a few. Due to MoEngage's capabilities, we were able to implement different types of campaigns and determine which of them works the best.
Great service for multi-channel communications
What do you like best about the product?
AI tool that can optimize for best time to send, so as a marketer you don't have to keep analyzing and figuring that out. We're also able to schedule multi-channel communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations for React Native apps and once every couple of months there are issues with PNs or in-apps but the MoEngage team is always ready to help us troubleshoot it.

Providing a personalized marketing communication platform for our active channels

this is the second platform i used for EDM sendout and i prefer this better than the old one. more user friendly

I upload customer lists into this platform and sometimes it it too slow. and it is also capped.

Tailor fitting comms for each customer. We use it primarily for direct communications.

Based on my experience, journey analytics dashboard and onsite messaging functions could be improved a lot better in MoEngage.

MoEngage solves mainly customer engagement challenges such as low user engagement, conversion, and limited customer insights issues. It allows us to engage with our customers efficiently through various channels, deliver personalized messaging, and gain valuable analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the few things that I dislike about MoEngage is that we rarely encounter any bugs or glitches. However, in the rare instance when we do face an issue, the support team is quick to identify and resolve it.

MoEngage solves many problems related to customer engagement and retention. By providing personalisation, multi-channel communication, automated campaigns, and real-time insights, MoEngage allows businesses to deliver more personalised and relevant customer experiences, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Integration is slightly tricky and they don't usually help completely for the integration

The MoEngage support staff are incredible.
What do you like best about the product?
The Sr Customer Success Manager that I've worked with at MoEngage, Shweta, is the best support staff I have ever worked with. No issue was left unresolved and her proactive approach to marketing solutions have been instrumental to our success. The functionality of the flow and campaign set up is really intuitive, simple and effective to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some creative restrictions in building content and some small bugs when inputting text sometimes but nothing that isn't easily resolved. I think further enhancements in building out channel

We need automated communications to onboard new customers, engage existing customers and drive cross-sell + up-sell across both new and existing customers.

- Easy for any channel campaign setup and execution
- it's detailed and indepth analytics gives marketer as well product team on how the campaigns are performed and what next action to be taken

- Flows should be transferred from UAT to LIVE setup in one click. Currently this is not available

With Moengage we are able to nudge the customer while they are dropping off any stage across web and app

This is the platform that provides us with detailed analytics and reporting capabilities that help businesses measure. This tool offers a customer journey mapping tool that helps businesses map out the various touchpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage's cost is high for our business, especially for businesses with a large customer base. It has relatively limited social media integrations. MoEngage is somewhat complex and difficult to navigate for users who are new to it in my point of view.

MoEngage can help by providing personalized messaging and experiences based on customer behavior and preferences. If a business is experiencing high churn rates, MoEngage can help by identifying at-risk customers and delivering targeted messaging and offers to retain them.
