What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive suite of engagement tools, especially push notifications, in-app messages, email campaigns, and more. This enables businesses to reach their customers through multiple touchpoints and deliver consistent messaging and experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope MoEngage can include more temples for OSMs. We still have to work around HTMLs which is is time consuming especially for lead generation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers a range of engagement possibilities through creating campaigns and flows that can help to improve efficiency.

There are advanced analytics and insights but we haven't used them much yet. I hope to use it in the near future.

What do you like best about the product?
I like MoEngage because I can set up all the journeys I want with just one tool. MoEngage also has a lot of compelling personalization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the point that applying an HTML is a bit difficult for non-IT people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage has helped me increase my open email rate by using the personalization feature, and MoEngage has also made it easier for me to segment and analyze users.

While MoEngage offers a user-friendly interface, some users may find the initial setup and configuration process to be complex or time-consuming, requiring a learning curve to fully utilize all the features and functionalities.

What do you like best about the product?
Mo-Engage offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface and is quite easy to navigate to set up different campaigns.
- Quite easy to pick up and understand the flow
- Regularly updated and brings new features
- Friendly and quick in action support and account management team

Shubhanshi, Thitiwat, and rest of the team have been a great support in utilising Mo-Engage to the fullest
What do you dislike about the product?
While analytics is great, we sometimes miss the raw data, which could have helped find interfacing issues quicker. Right now, the backend team support quickly helps figure out the gaps. Real-time analytics could also be something that could be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an e-commerce brand, we must devise new strategies and campaigns to nudge our users constantly and offer a consistent experience across all channels. MoEngage helps quite easily to setup those campaigns across different segments of users

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage helps in tracking all asset performances and build the funnel for POPclub business
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation support could have been much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage is one single place where all CRM can be configured and it helps with relevant insights as well.
Data tracking is easier with MoE as well

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about moengage is the user property and user affinity they provide to make customer targeting soo easy, and the RFM Segmentations that will help us target users on the correct time and creatine different user Funnels
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration of moengage is a little tricky. It needs connections to connect to them and data from various CRM providers and outside parties.also some unwanted backend errors there were problem in creating and running campaign in moengage

MoEngage helps us to create easy user funnels to analyse data and to create easy user journeys with personalised content. The data of funnels helps us to find out the user drop point so that we can make that node better and easy personalization help us to reach customer more effectively , the easy segmentation help us to make effort less user segments to target.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics and insights are some of the best features to analyse the data and strategise the campaigns in a much more efficient manner. It comes with a lot of engagement element options (be it omnichannel or segmentation etc.) to automate customer communications & execute them effectively to improve overall conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks some of the features that are available from the competitors. Additional cost for availing add-ons like a best channel or best time for every user etc. makes it a bit behind it's competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us in terms of improving the churn rate, thereby increasing the overall conversion rates across different products.
