What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to deploy the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
very difficult to have user-level data export.

MoEngage is helping to reach out to the users & send them timely communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part is you can segment the users and target accordingly. Also they provide lots of communication channel which help us to target user via particular channel like sms or whatsapp not only push
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is any dislike. But if few of the feature if they provide on trial basis then it would be easy for customer to get hands on it and if found usefull then can upgrade
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can target user on the basis of segments and send them push or sms accordingly. Also i can create flow chart so it automaticcaly send the campaigns without my intervention

What do you like best about the product?
Support team responds very quickly. Also, the tool is very user friendly.

Flows data can be more organised and data for flows can be in an organised format.

It is helping to run campaigns smoothly also providing support with email and app marketing to improve CTRs and Conversions

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage technologies have aided us in creating several campaigns that span the entire user lifecycle, from the time an app is installed until the time an individual considers buying the product. We can pick which client we need to engage and where to focus the majority of our efforts the best thanks to Moengage's pre-compute data provided in the analytics and segmentation menu. With moengage's features, anything from an abandonment campaign to wishing a user a happy birthday may be completed quickly. Every time we require direction, Moengage customer success is there to swiftly inform us of the finest practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many Moengage features, and sometimes they move so quickly that we slowly can keep up. Overall, there isn't much to hate other than having to get used to the fast-paced movement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To engage users throughout the lifecycle, critical moments, big seasonal days, etc. Sending an omnichannel campaign from push notifications, email, and in-app banners can all be done with just one tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The kind of user flows and funnels that can be tracked are really nice for insights. The user experience as an administrator is very good. The new features that they come up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugins dont have much support on flutter in Ios build, facing issue with the notifications. Other than that i think they are coming up with solutions for the problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started understanding what problems are there in the user journey flows. I understand the drop offs and also how can those be solved and improved in the coming features.

moengage is very powerful tool starting from customer acquisition to engagement offering personalized solutions; apart from that, i find analytics very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
attribution becomes quite challenging when a user is being targeted from multiple campaigns, there could be a easy way to attribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
moengage is making customer engagement easy with personalised targeting, accross different channels and different touch points.
