Voice AI features being not available. Building events based funnels on moengage. Tools that can be used for identifying major drop off points and suggestions to drive conversion

Drop off management and constant communication with customer to drive conversion. Currently we had only tele assistance which requires human effort. With MoEngage this shall be automated

What do you like best about the product?
Just attended an incredible event! I must say, it was truly an awesome experience with a plethora of learning opportunities. I am amazed at how much I learned and how many incredible people I met. The speakers were top-notch and the activities were engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Moengage are the in-app campaign features and behavioral analysis features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not a big downside, still some features cannot be opened on a seperate tab..i hope it will be solved pretty soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue with multiple exports of data at a single time with our previous vendor and moengage completely solved the issue , so data exports are not at all time consuming and multliple people can now export at the same time without waiting

I like Ai Sherpa which gives us the perfect recommendation and customer insights which is very useful to understand the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of chat support if you have call support that would be very helpful

It help us to segment audience and to understand about customer journey and behaviour.

The ease of creating customer segments, setting up personalized campaigns for the users, and generating meaningful insights from the campaigns sent.

Limited controls with the inapp popups make managing user experience on the app slightly tough.

Sending personalized notifications to the users is helping us improve our retention and engagement and is also helping us improve the daily transactions on the platform.

Nothing as such, everything was good for me

DPM solves the issues of getting back a huge part of bounced users, which is quite amazing I should say
