Best marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use MoEngage custom dashboards and analytics on a daily basis for reporting. Sherpa functionality helps in scaling campaigns with the best performing variant.
What do you dislike about the product?
GUI can be improved, for longer flows multiple scrolls are required to check the nodes. Freedom to place the nodes whenever we want can help even in horizontal alignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to analyze cohorts and directly deploy campaigns from the dashboard helps to streamline the workflow. Moengage reports are indepth and cater to daily reporting metrics.
It helps automate the communication process as well as personalize them for a better user experience

The tool is very user-friendly and it makes it easy to create multiple campaigns; especially the flows help in creating a personalized user journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as of now on MoEngage

It helps us reach out to customers in real time using the event triggers

The user analytics tools are little tricky and sometimes getting the right way of consumer data can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in identifying user event and then create personlised communication for them. The DPM feed has been a great tool for the same.
Simplifying Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create automated marketing and also help with user segmenting to develop relevant campaigns. Also, help with A/B testing and also personalizing campaigns for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Options for A/B testing are still quite limited to content (copy/image) and channel. It would be great for users also to test campaign timing.
Aside from A/B testing, it would be nice if MoEngage could also have support for Chinese speakers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps users to engage users and also helps with user retention. Features such as A/B testing and user segmentation also help us better understand users to enhance the user experience within the app.
