What do you like best about the product?
We have to get the data in real-time with the event setting in my application. Then we have to see data marketing performance, and if performance marketing is not good, we retargeted the customer again with a multiplatform marketing blast system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have to update the data with API, just implementation data form js only; if the data is transactional, we have implemented it from the API backend, and the application can be compelling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automatic blast campaign based on data customer behavior, and we can implemented campaign to customer online and offline

As a remittance application with 60+ destination countries in it, we are trying to create a more creative and segmented promotional campaign plan over time. For example, when we have a
promotion for a certain country, we can rely on MoEngage segmentation to send push notifications or in-app banners to users who are interested, to ensure that our campaign hits the
best audience possible. On top of that, we are also helped by the segmentation to reactivate our users.
