What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and gives very useful insights. It's very easy to access and has a very friendly interface. It provided wide range of platforms under one roof and hence is a great platform to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, technical errors are being faced which we tackle and team is working actively to resolve the issue completely and has done a great job for resolving the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage has helped us in getting better insights of campaigns, and has a very interactive user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

Reporting and analytics features could be more robust, providing more detailed insights and visualizations. However, these are minor issues and do not seem to detract significantly from the overall positive experience that most customers have with MoEngage.

Lack of editing options post campaign execution, limitations w.r.t. custom connectors.
