What do you like best about the product?
The main thing about the moengage is the user-friendly interface. And also faster than any tools I used before. Good experience with Campaigns & other metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not completely satisfied when it comes to some of the features we can't open in a new tab of the browser. That's the only thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Activation was one of the major problems we were facing. We can analyse the data and Activate the users by using moengage campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely user friendly.
Up to date with the latest tech.
The team is extremely proactive and supportive, makes collaboration easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead time in launching new features.
The user database maintenance (faced issues containing duplication of user IDs)

Timely targeting of users to capitalise on new logins, maximise on drop-offs at various stages.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage helped us greatly with its Engage - Campaign feature, allowing us to easily setup and manage our campaigns in one place. Additionally, it also provides clear information and analytics, for us to measure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to use the Whatsapp Connector feature but with the same capability as if we use Whatsapp in MoEngage native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We used to have no clear metric measurement and analytics for app notifications
- We had low click rate and conversions (average) for our push notifications, this is solved with segmented user feature in MoEngage
- Long development time for marketing campaign features for in-house CMS

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, the platform is quite user-friendly and it will not take much time to get familiar with. Secondly, it offers a wide range of set-up options to help me execute my digital marketing strategies like A/B Testing, Delivery control options, control group… Last but not least, all communication channels can be set up in just one single dashboard, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great if they can support more templates for InApp as for some cases , custom HTML is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps us to communicate with my end customer in an effective way through multiple channels. We can personalized our Banner, Push & Email communication based on client behaviors, hence bring better ROI. Their analytics tools is also helpful in helping use tracking performance in one single DB

What do you like best about the product?
You can quickly start your 0-1 Marketing automation journey with Moengage. It helps you track events and create RFM segments that help you quickly catch low-hanging fruits.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage works well for pre-defined tasks. However, when creating many new processes, the workarounds may not be as optimised or smooth as the Pre-Defined parts are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to engage our customers with MoEngage, We want to educate users about our product and bring them back so that they can use it more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Better Analytics, Data management, and Customer support are the best things which I've experienced about Moengage, when compared to the other leading tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally felt that MoEngage's onboarding journey for a new user is a little bit harder. It might be because of the new interface and the arrangement of the new features set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is bridging the gap between the product and it's users in an efficient manner. Also they're highlighting the users' path and loopholes to fix it in a better way.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is a platform that I use for doing CRM from automation, single day campaigns to pop ups. The local support has been amazing especially when Kok Heng from the Malaysia team is around to help 24/7 despite public holidays or on the weekend. This has helped us to continue doing what we should without delay and I’m grateful for that. The speed of problem solving is spectacular as Kok Heng’s support plays a huge role, not only the support is good but MoEngage offers good analytical platform compared to all other platforms that I’ve used and the price is also more affordable. On top of that the sales team like Anchit and Manasvi has been a total help to constantly get the best deals for our package without compromising on quality. I’m definitely a happy customer thanks to the team from MoEngage for their support and kindness

The backend support team could take time to solve adhoc problems but Kok heng would continue to push for us
