Solving the Problem of user engagement and retention
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage has been extremely helpful in not only automating marketing for significant stages of a user funnel journey, but also helping create cohort-based custom messaging that helps deliver user expectations. Therefore, improving user engagement and overall retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time taken to onboard the tool is long; A lot of features get unlocked gradually and hence the wait.

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage has surely helped us gauge our customers better, through the platform we have been able to keep a tab on our metrics and worked in a more focused fashion when it came to our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the number of features the platform offers a marketeer, we can hardly say we dislike anything about the tool.

Helping understand our customers better, giving us a verified view of customer journeys, helping us predict buyer purchase behaviour, and create awareness in our customers about our offerings.
Moengage is All in one Place for Retention
What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage allows us to create personalized campaigns for their customers based on their preferences, behavior, and past interactions. Also it enables multiple channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and web push.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage can be quite expensive. Its not best suited for entry-level products. Product learning is bit hard for a new person. But documentation will help you to master it.

Moengage allows us to create personalised campaigns in multiple channels like SMS, Push, Whatsapp, email. It also has automation tools we were able to create campaigns for our users that converts a lot

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage as a package is absolutely a must have tool for every retention marketer out there. Looking for a one stop solution for your App Marketing/Email Marketing/ API Integrations or even the MarTech solutions or any other retention strategy, name it they have it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally nothing to dislike about MoEngage. The only aspect where an improvement can be done is on adding few more layers of real time analytics & dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offer an end to end solution, right from App Marketing with Push Notifications that again has a bundle of other offerings like smart triggers/journeys & all along with numerous of those templates, A/B testing with a real time ML tool (Sherpa). API integrations to offer those marketing campaigns where real time data is required.
Tonnes of other aspects when it comes to Email Marketing or integrating any of the SMS/WhatsApp delivery platforms.
Perfomrance in terms of Campaign level with a detailed view, analytics based on user's integration and all.

The dashboard is smooth and provides sub-branches in journeys and flows

Certain places within the app are annoying to operate, and some part of analytics just lags with another competitor.

What do you like best about the product?
We have to get the data in real-time with the event setting in my application. Then we have to see data marketing performance, and if performance marketing is not good, we retargeted the customer again with a multiplatform marketing blast system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have to update the data with API, just implementation data form js only; if the data is transactional, we have implemented it from the API backend, and the application can be compelling.
