What do you like best about the product?
I use Moengage to validate various hypotheses behind user re-engagement campaigns and AB tests. We can create multiple inbound and outbound campaigns and leverage Facebook and Google audiences. I love how they let us strategically use sticky campaigns which garner maximum engagement without hampering user experience.
Analyzing user paths, user behaviour, personas, engagement and session time via interactive graphs is very easy with Moengage.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use specific Key-Value pairs while creating a campaign, and sometimes, when using content_id or campaign_id, the redirection logic is not as expected. Also, when using multiple variants of images in any campaign using Sherpa, the delivery gets delayed and affects the timing of the following notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MoEngage primarily to gauge how users interact with changes in imagery when being nudged through in-app and push notifications. MoEngage has helped us improve our engagement and retention numbers which we monitor through analyze>> behaviour>> funnels>> retention feature. Duplicating existing campaigns or sending auto-triggered notifications basis user device, location, and app activity are highly relevant use cases in our case. We have also created customised dashboards for each team to monitor their numbers, like daily orders, user sessions, uninstalls, etc., on MoEngage.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can create customised user journeys to target users at multiple parts of the funnel. The targetted PNs can be customised to contain a variety of personalised traits.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times certain parts of the platform could have self-filled parameter names; I have to copy and paste the exact field name to get it correctly. It would be much easier if they had a drop-down to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage is solving the problem of targetting users via campaigns the product company sets up. The movements can be of various types, and multiple threshold settings are present to ensure users aren't getting bombarded. It benefits me by allowing me to target users to come back to specific features by sending reminders of what they can do next.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team at MoEngage is terrific because their account managers immediately solve all the queries and concerns on raising a support ticket.
Secondly, with the immense support of their tech team, with the addition of a few key-value pairs, we have created a highly customised process of notification automation based on user behaviour.
We use MoEngage to create custom user segments based on their activity on the app or upload email IDs, phone numbers etc. and target them via their preferred channels. Session and Source is also an excellent feature that lets us analyse the average session duration per user and the ad platform from which the user landed on our app. This is a perfect way to identify high-value ad platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we use Notification Id in the key-value pairs, that particular notification gets tagged at the end of the notification tray and has a meagre conversion rate. Although sherpa and push amp plus helps in delivering the best notification variant to users, it causes a significant delay in notification delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from Clevertap to MoEngage a while ago and have been super pleased with the ease of creating push notification campaigns and full-funnel analytics.
Before scheduling any push notification campaign, we use multiple variants of image, text, optimisation event, and key-value pairs. We use sherpa and push amp plus to send the best-performing variant to the maximum user base.
Creating/duplicating/stopping instant push notifications or scheduling a push notification campaign is very easy, even for beginners.
It lets us analyse user behaviour, funnels and retention metrics in real-time through interactive pie charts, line graphs or bar graphs. RFM analysis further helps us predict how new users differ from repeat users and how these new users can be nudged into repeat customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a platform that we are using for customer onboarding as well as customer retention. Because with MoEngage you get all the different communication channels from SMS to WhatsApp to IVR Callings. Apart from that, you have a proper analytics setup which helps you to understand the user journey on your platform and then work on the strategy of targeting them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike or complain about is that it has a lot of data discrepancies and also it takes days to load the data passed by events which do not help our or anyone's business. The support team is always clueless regarding this kind of issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MoEngage, we have started reaching our customers with various offers or when we are launching any new product via SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, IVR, AND Email. And we have increased our user retention along with increasing our sales revenue. There is a lot more to achieve with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Tool is simple & straightforward. Creating events & funnel is easy as it's just a one-time user education.
2.Provides end-to-end analysis of user journey & behaviour with graphs & reports.
3. Pushing of personalised & in-app notifications helped us to retain the inactive users.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It takes a lot of time to display the data; often there is a delay is the callback response.
2. Sometimes, there is a mismatch in the data when we compare the numbers with MoEngage to the DB & console data.
3. Storage time of attribute data is very less & can't do the cohort analysis with old users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling of push/in-app notifications along with user walk tour which was done manually before is now being automated. Reduced a lot of effort & increased user retention.
