What do you like best about the product?
- Useful for segmentation and reviewing stats of campaign
- Has great account management
- Tries to simplify complexities an organization has with data and turns it into something manageable for the team to use
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Although we are in a phase where the team is still constantly trying to learn how to use MoEngage, we are discovering capabilities as well as ways of working that have been helpful

MoEngage is solving our issues with being able to analyze our data with push notifications and in-app notifications. This is enabling us to understand which pushes to do as well as deciding to who, when and where

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage offers a wide range of features that make user engagement easier. What I like best is the Personalization, which allows me to create customized campaigns, ensuring I target the right audience with relevant content. I also like the User Segmentation feature for refining my audience. Additionally, the platform’s Comprehensive Analytics provide detailed reports on user behavior and engagement with my campaigns. Lastly, the Omnichannel Campaign feature allows me to engage users through multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things I dislike about MoEngage is that the learning and exploring can be a bit tricky for new users, especially when navigating all the features. Also, the delays in loading the campaigns when you search it is a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Customer segmentation and targeting.
2. Omnichannel engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Moengage is a great tool for entry level CRM officer as it offers straight forward UI/UX . The flow set up is pretty straightforward if we want to implement a basic logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires tech help for when we want to update user's profile with the latest data according to the flow we've created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moengage mainly solves our automation process as it provide a way to do repetitive marketing processes that we have, such as sending trigger base coms.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage has the most advanced segmentation of campaign and Analytics reports and targets the customer

I haven't found anything yet to dislike this platform.

MoEngage is solving the problem of designing a creative onto the platform itself. There are multiple sample templates. Additionally, we can create our template in the way we want.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about MoEngage is users targeting and their customer support. also it is very easy to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
MoEngage doesn’t support RCS or email annotation yet. we still facing the issue to send communication with 3rd party tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MoEngage, we struggled with customer segmentation and lacked behavioral insights. Its advanced features have significantly improved our messaging, boosting engagement, personalization, and overall customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is a great tool for marketing communications. The ease of tracking open and click rates and a user-friendly dashboard are great. The account reps are always extreamly responsive and helpful. We sent out about 1 email campaign a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inabilty to track the actual database of email accounts we have.

Identifying our most engaged consumers.

Easy to use email marketing platform with great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage offers all the capabilities of a complex email marketing platform but has a great, simple user interface. Their support team does an excellent job of getting clients onboarded within a timely manner and continues to follow up after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things throughout the platform that could probably be made easier, especially if you're used to a more basic esp like MailChimp or Campaign Monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage saves us time when building and sending emails with their user friendly email builder.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using MoEngage for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the capabilities and performance of the platform. It’s a comprehensive tool that has significantly streamlined our customer engagement efforts.
Apart from their tool I would like to shoutout to their CSM team. They are very professional and ready to help anytime even they are on vacation
What do you dislike about the product?
I rate MoEngage very highly overall, as it’s been an excellent tool for our customer engagement needs. However, I’ve noticed that when creating large flows, the platform sometimes experiences lag. On occasion, this lag has caused us to lose all our changes unexpectedly. While MoEngage offers an auto-save feature for campaigns, I believe implementing a similar auto-save functionality for flows would be a valuable improvement. This would prevent any loss of work and enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve noticed that it currently doesn’t support multiple CTA templates on WhatsApp. Once this feature is added, it will significantly enhance our ability to personalize communications and offer customers the convenience of calling and purchasing directly from a single message.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimal intervention once it has been integrated. Event integration is awesome you can get live events and analyse the same through their dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some android devices might not get notifications which should be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the marketing part with users so that the users get to know deals which are running and it helps to increase our sales.
Nudge to customers to buy or atleast open the app and check prices for the products which they are looking.
