What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage provides the best segmentation and is a tool that I would recommend my peers to have for the great customization that it offers in the campaign section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are a few really helpful features but the way MoEngage gives response to them could be upgraded, and we users could be left with more enhanced usability. Those features could include User Paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage, for me, is dedicated to helping with campaign creation for all channels, analytics for segmentation, and behavior option better to understand user lifetime and actions in my app.

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is known for its robust features such as personalized messaging, multi-channel engagement, advanced segmentation, and user analytics. These capabilities enable businesses to deliver targeted and impactful marketing campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and drive growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email testing with personalized attribution does not work. Sometimes there is a lag in the UI while changing different features. I would like to see a better user path understanding. This will help the marketer target the audience in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dynamic Product Messaging is one of the features which has helped us pitch products to users with different discounts depending on the number of times users have used the product.

The product has major integration available which helps in streamlining communication across channels.

There's nothing specific in this area. The team is really supportive.

Bringing multiple channels at one point and streamlining the analytics derived from the user actions on the platform assists us to curate better nudges on the platform for the user to increase their adoption of the platform and eventually increasing retention.

What do you like best about the product?
- User Friendly
- Ease for someone new to learn very quickly
- Features like Multiple Templates, Flows, Segmentation, Scheduling in multiple ways, etc
- Keeps updating the features & options as per the market standards
- Keeps getting feedback from customer POV
What do you dislike about the product?
- Might need a small interaction or session with their clients/customer whenever they launch any new feature/options, so that they can be well aware of how they can use it in their business or operations
- Need a chat support in order to ask any queries immediately & sort it at the earliest, than email support, as you know in this days, people seek for immediate resolution rather that waiting for a longer time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Reaching our customers on promotional / educational / awareness activities
- Engaging with our customers on a Day-to-Day basis
- Ease of operations has reduced our efforts & time in scheduling any push notification
