Excellent customer support and analytics tool, helps to understand user behaviour.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a very informative inbuilt help center. Robust segmentation, analytics, DPM, user flows helps to understand user behaviour better and make efficient decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have very less gamification tools on their platform. They should introduce some gamification tools on their platform to make user interaction more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To implement Easy and efficient engagement strategies. Push notifications, email marketing, sms and WhatsApp marketing. Understanding user behaviour and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Moengage's Ease of Usage , Their customer support which works hand in hand with you to scale your metrices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Much , All is fine. Just if we can include trials of all features for 1-2 Month , It will give users a sense of Understanding all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in retaining Users , resurrecting Dormant users , In App Marketing Campaigs, Predicting Actions of Users
Moengage as a tool has simple User interface which makes things easy to manage

MoEngage user interface which is pretty easy to manage but can be more simpler in terms of flows and campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
In Journeys, you can't make changes in terms of removing or changing any particular step and for that we have to always make a new journey by duplicating it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using moengage to study our userbase behaviour very well and strategising campaigns accordingly to have better conversion rates

The pre-defined dashboards are very helpful in checking daily data. Push templates and flows are very helpful.

There is no such thing that we dislike about moengage but we donot use few features.

It provides pre-defined push templates and makes it easy for us to reach our users. It also helps in analysing user journeys.

Honestly, the customer success team has been a sweetheart so far. Always on toes and always ready to assist just a tap away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex billing structures and cycles do cause a lot of confusion. As compared to the competition out it is also on the more expensive side.

Sending personalised communication in specific touchpoints, gives idea about user journey with mapped events, adding more and optimising to the fullest will give more 360 view

All-in-one solutions (push, email, pop-up, Google ads, Facebook ads, sms ...) with a very reasonable price. It becomes the best solution when it comes together with their CSM team - strong knowledge and market insights, responsive, responsible

Problem: I need a tool which allows me to track user's behavior (Segmentation) and send communication to them (Engage with Push, Email, Popup, Retargeting) in their most usage channels (Next Best Action, Most Preferred Channel).

Minor bugs can sometimes be frustrating, but the team responded to my problems quickly.

Easy to use for creating campaigns, especially automated campaigns, User-Friendly dashboard (great look UI) and Analytic dashboard are helping us to get insight. Analytic behavior has the ability to the next action.
