Moengage as a Customer Engagement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use for all. We extensively use push, SMS, email campaigns, flow automation & analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to backdate few of the events is a pain point i have felt

Ability to analyze the user journey & take measures based on those data points

What do you like best about the product?
Multichannel campaigns: Push, Emails, In-app, Flows and easy to use and analytics as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor about Accuracy in the Data, but the support can resolve this problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MoEngage’s platform, we are able to map the customer journey and automate personalised communications. The AI engine is very powerful, and the segmentation and analytics feature has been really helpful in acting on user retention with personalised reminders. The support team is just awesome, very efficient and has expert knowledge.

Continuous efforts to bring in Amazing and very useful features to improve our Customer retention and reactivation. With Weekly catch ups our POC wasable to educate us about the best features available

Incredible CRM tool for boosting user engagement and Business metrics.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Moengage to validate various hypotheses behind user re-engagement campaigns and AB tests. We can create multiple inbound and outbound campaigns and leverage Facebook and Google audiences. I love how they let us strategically use sticky campaigns which garner maximum engagement without hampering user experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
We use specific Key-Value pairs while creating a campaign, and sometimes, when using content_id or campaign_id, the redirection logic is not as expected. Also, when using multiple variants of images in any campaign using Sherpa, the delivery gets delayed and affects the timing of the following notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MoEngage primarily to gauge how users interact with changes in imagery when being nudged through in-app and push notifications. MoEngage has helped us improve our engagement and retention numbers which we monitor through analyze>> behaviour>> funnels>> retention feature. Duplicating existing campaigns or sending auto-triggered notifications basis user device, location, and app activity are highly relevant use cases in our case. We have also created customised dashboards for each team to monitor their numbers, like daily orders, user sessions, uninstalls, etc., on MoEngage.
