Incredible Customer Engagement Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to set up Push Notification Campaigns on MoEngage that even a beginner can do without any formal training and the analysis of campaign performance is also pretty straightforward. I have been loving MoEngage as it helps us reach out to the right cohorts with the right communication. It also helps us segment users based on their behavior on the app like watch time, the number of content viewed etc. Sessions and source data help us in finding out the most efficient sources that contribute to the highest session times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We always struggle with the discrepancy in numbers as there is almost a 40-50% discrepancy between the numbers reported on our backend and that on the MoEngage dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage to create smooth user workflows, decide on events for triggering automated notifications and cap the total notifications that get sent to every user. Geo-Fencing helps us in sending vernacular notifications to users belonging to different states and the analytics and the campaign performance can be easily established from the Dashboard. We also experiment with sticky notifications every once in a while and this results in significant bumps in DAU.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage can be a great choice that would help in augmenting quality metrics and bring down user drop-offs.

What do you like best about the product?
We set up Event-triggered notifications from Moenagge itself which were initially being set up by the backend team. Bringing wireframes and onboarding journeys to life is so easy and convenient with MoEngage, the process is so smooth and friction-free that even a beginner can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While uploading/importing user data for creating custom segments, we are required to do so in chunks as the system can not handle huge data at once. Also, there is a huge discrepancy between the numbers reported on the MoEngage dashboard and our backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who looks into retention and acquisition, I use MoEngage daily to chalk out user journeys and personalise notifications for various user personas. We also make dashboards for viewing daily campaign performance and better visualization of various AB tests. I create dashboards with the user attributes/properties which are super helpful in understanding user behaviour and app stickiness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage is an amazing platform that helps in increasing engagement with the app and also nudges users to perform certain in-app activities which increases feature usability too. Must try it because it is also the most reasonable one.
Highly Efficient Customer Engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of managing Email newsletters, Push Notifications, in-app notifications and SMS campaigns from one place. Scheduling email and SMS campaigns have helped reduce ad hoc tasks. We can easily create different user flows to enhance user activity on our App and monitor the performance of test and control cohorts through Custom dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We upload user data and create custom segments and cohorts very frequently and MoEngage does not allow the addition of multiple custom cohorts in a single campaign therefore duplicating this campaign and changing custom cohorts becomes hectic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MoEngage to smartly and precisely target users based on their last touch points. AB testing on every step of various flows helps us better cater to our audience by identifying the content and communication they respond to. We use MoEngage to create meaningful user journeys and optimise conversion rates on each step.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MoEngage is AI-driven and can help Apps to grow their userbase without losing out on an important customer base. Engaging existing customers is more critical than acquisition as it helps in improving conversion rates and MoEngage helps in doing so.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and navigate. Has many features for marketing automation, like sending push, emails and sms campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't store more than 60 days of user data for segmenting users, and exporting them isn't convenient. There is no option for a direct download.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep the audience engaged with the app by sending correct promotional content to the right audience at the right time. I just have to set up and let the software take care of the rest.
Campaign Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
There are various features in MoEngage but what I like the most are behaviour analytics and RFM segmentation. MoE (MoEngage) helps us target and analyse the campaign with a smooth butter-like experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tech support delays connecting which leads to a disappointing and bad tech support experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working on user retention and MoEngage's RF segmentation and flow are helping me design the user flow for segmented users which will be increasing the user's retention when combining with x no. of sessions in y no. of days strategy.
Insightful and Valuable Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience to witness the sessions. It was very valuable to interact with peers and get insights on their experiences. Finally the Keynote by Vineeta Singh, it was very inspirational to see a company that values women empowerment at the next level

There was some delay in the events but everything else was good.

Amazing product + great summit !
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful about Moengage is the velocity of the roadmap, and excellent customer support. Quite a disruptive product in the market as of now! Use cases best would be for communication segmentation, delivery and analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Moengage is that it is still a product in progress ( with core features present ) , but the releases are on point! Also, new beta release communication can be a bit more proactive via product and email!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmented communication across channels, and post analysis to determine the best communication and channel for each user segment, leading to better allocation of expenses!
